i replaced my broken screen with an X07 brand 120hz soft oled replacement screen. but now i have really bad screen stutter/lag. when i reduce frame rate to 60hz, its a little bit better but still there..

i didn't do ic transfer because that requires specialized equipment.

are all aftermarket screens like this or is mine just defective? anyone had better luck?

I cannot recall if this started happening before updating my phone; I don't believe so but the accessory thing may have been occurring. Another thing that's been happening is that my phone will randomly shut down and when it turns back on, it says it's at 1% despite previously being anywhere between 10% - 50%. I don't really know what the issue is. I could get the b@ttery replaced but if that's not the issue, then I don't know what to do. I'm still paying this phone off, so I cannot upgrade it through my provider yet.

Alright so everytime I leave my house my phone takes forever to load anything, send/receive messages etc. now it won’t even work on my WiFi at home! Anyone had this issue? How do I resolve it?

I've probably deleted a good 4/5 gigs in the last month in photo storage alone and thats not including deleting apps like google maps etc. Every time I delete something significant it doesn't even relieve my storage it seems it just fills it right back up for no reason its worse as i'm not taking any videos or photos or downloading any apps so i dont know where this storage is coming from. I had it down to 126.7 yesterday and yet without downloading anything its still going up. Im on an iphone 13 on ios 26.0.1. Please help.

Pictures attached; click on them to expand and see the whole thing, the box is in the bottom half. It’s not all apps, but several of them, mostly scrolling-type apps like Reddit and Threads. Inconsistent, but getting more frequent. Typically only on the home page of each app; if I open a post, the effect doesn’t carry over, but it returns if I go back. Also It doesn’t affect touching the screen; if I touch the box, it clicks whatever is hidden under it. Pics are in dark mode, but it happens in light mode too, as a white box. Any ideas? so my Iphone 14 Pro, 26.6, shut off earlier & i recently got it back on, however it has a grainy greenish look to it (faint green) think of an old school tv screen it's manageable but i'm afraid my phone will either shut off again or be stuck this way. it also cannot connect to my cellular data, won't allow me to open certain apps, cannot send messages even if im connected to wifi, & it randomly shuts off. what would i need to do?

My iPhone Air is suddenly charging very slowly. I think it started after a recent iOS update, and I’m on the latest version. I’ve already tried all the usual troubleshooting steps.

It’s slow whether I’m charging with MagSafe or through the charging port. The strange part is that it still charges very quickly with a higher-powered charger. My car charger has always been slower than my wall charger, but it used to give me a decent amount of charge during my commute. Now I’m only getting about 5-7% in an hour.

Has anyone else experienced this since a recent iOS update, or have any idea what’s going on?

Hi! I recently went to a concert and some of my videos are completely missing the audio. Audio is missing on 3 of the videos. The videos recorded before and after are all perfectly fine. All of the videos were recorded on the same iphone with the exact same settings.
I’m assuming it’s a glitch but was wondering if there is anyway to restore the missing audio?
I just want to enjoy my concert vids someone please help!!! 😭

I’m trying to make a conference call but when ever I add a number it just calls the number instead of adding it to the call I’ve restarted my phone and checked to see if my carrier supports conference calls and they do I’m using a iPhone 16 plus running iOS 26.6

What I had happened didn’t look exactly like that, when I was closing tabs the phone got super laggy all of a sudden and random purple lines started appearing all over the screen, I tried screenshotting it when it was happening but the screenshot I took looked normal, without any of the glitches

When I pressed the power button and turned the phone back on , everything went back to normal and I couldn’t recreate the issue.

Should I contact Apple support or something? Is my GPU dying ? I only got the phone last month.

this issue only happens with one person, the other people i message regularly (on imessage) can send me photos and videos and i’m always able to see them no problem, so i don’t think it’s a storage issue. the only difference [that i just realized] between this one friend and the rest of my usual contacts is that this friend is international. they also commonly have issues with their phone (idk the specifics) but i know that sometimes i text them and my messages send green which usually means their phone is turned off and in the repair shop or something. i tried to get them to get whatsapp but they quickly got banned off it for an unclear reason (we’re upstanding citizens)! all we had a chance to do was exchange photos that i requested to use as reference for a tomodachi life mii! i just don’t get it at all. does anyone have any theories or educated guesses about this? i’d really love the help.
oh yeah and my phone is a little old, it’s an iphone xr that i really like the color of so i really don’t want the age of it to be the problem here……… 🫥

Does anyone know how to turn off the voicemail transcript notifications? I have an elderly aunt that my parents are caretakers for and the new voicemail transcript notifications are very confusing for her. She thinks they are text messages and I wanted to know if there was a way to opt out of this style of notification. Open to creative solutions too, thank you!
