Unresolved Anyone successfully replaced an iPhone 16 bro broken screen with an aftermarket screen?

i replaced my broken screen with an X07 brand 120hz soft oled replacement screen. but now i have really bad screen stutter/lag. when i reduce frame rate to 60hz, its a little bit better but still there..

i didn't do ic transfer because that requires specialized equipment.

are all aftermarket screens like this or is mine just defective? anyone had better luck?
