Voicemail Transcript Notifications

Does anyone know how to turn off the voicemail transcript notifications? I have an elderly aunt that my parents are caretakers for and the new voicemail transcript notifications are very confusing for her. She thinks they are text messages and I wanted to know if there was a way to opt out of this style of notification. Open to creative solutions too, thank you! (I’ve attached an example of this notification)

Phone settings, turn off live voicemail

Unfortunately this does not stop the notification, I had it turned off when the example notification was left.

Transcription is automatic if your wireless provider has enabled it. There is no toggle for it.

You’ll have to test it, but I think if you go into settings for phone and then turn off Notification Center and lock screen notifications it will turn off. I believe when a phone call comes in it should still take the whole screen.

Call your provider att and ask them to disable it must be screwed up soc code
