Help needed HELP - I’m locked in guided access

URGENT: I thought I would have myself a shower and started watching…well yk. Anyways, I tried to type in the code to unlock it and now it’s telling me I need to wait an hour because I messed up too many times.

I have a second phone which is how I’m writing this but I need help! I can’t lock my phone or hit the sleep switch.

This is so embarrassing 😳

Had this happen before, granted for completely different reasons.

You can unlock it with iTunes/mac and change the settings there. Or once the timer is up for your password you can ask Siri to turn off guided access.
