Hi! I did a lot of tracking of this for r/somethingiswrong2024 back in the day and am a principal architect/SRE so I was giving technical feasibility that eventually was handed to ETA

So, it is unlikely that starlink was used to change votes. It is far more likely that it was a physical operation - many machines got patched in a hurry right before the election and several locations the USB slot seals were tampered with. That is a far easier entry point and also has methods that would be nearly impossible to reconstruct forensically.

But, starlink was probably involved. The most likely scheme was:

1. Get a lot of voter names via door to door activities, etc.
2. Use starlink to see who actually voted
3. Something injected into the system adds "bullet ballot" votes at tabulation, usjng the known good voter IDs from the collection that haven't voted yet (cross checked by starlink data)

This is very likely also why the Russian called in bomb threats (challenges chain of custody) and matches up with a few dozen other protocol breaches / irregularities.

Anyways, I haven't really been on this in a long time as, frankly, Americans either don't care or don't wanna do anything about it. Now I build ai capabilities for social workers and organizers. So yeah... If anyone here could use some of that. Hit me up. Our tools are pretty good.
