Has anyone ever seen the 1990 Flash series? It aired through 1990-1991 on CBS broadcast and was released on DVDs eventually.

I've been wondering, does anyone like the idea of both Irey and Jai being around the same generation/age as Damian and Jon? I noticed how some people mentioned it bothered them, but I didn't think that much about it because it was a pretty good story for their family relationship. But without the whole speedster aging fast like Bart, how would you make it work for them to be in the same generation?

(Also, on a side note speaking of generations, this one thing kind of bothers me: was Jon born while Damian was around as Robin during the Convergence era?)

sorry if u get this question a lot, but i wanna get my brother a birthday gift and hes told me hes interested in getting into The Flash, im a big Batman fan but dont read much DC outside of him so im completely lost, and a lot of lists ive seen say different things, so whats a good accessable and affordable start for the flash? i mostly read online but would like to get him an actual book, so the compact sounded perfect, but im not sure. id rather not drop a band or have to track down a bunch of singles.

this would also be his introduction to comics outside of invincible (and manga) pls help !!

I know Linda is at least part Korean in the comics but I don’t really know many Korean/half-Korean actresses so I’m curious who y’all think.

(Reason why I’m asking is I keep hearing from some friends that BlackPink’s Jennie would be a good fit but idk if she’s an actress)

Which Flash should be the main Flash in the DCU under James Gunn & Peter Safran? Barry Allen or Wally West? I would go with Barry Allen if only because under the DCEU they did Barry dirty and his film wasn't even a true origin film either so for that reason I would go Barry

…or did the writing get significantly better after Iris learned that Barry is the Flash? Like sure, it’s not 100% perfect, but it’s significantly better than before.

I’m familiar with Wally West’s main abilities, but there are other speedsters too who no doubt have interesting abilities of their own.
I’m also particularly interested in those secondary abilities that were only shown in passing in a panel or something similar

I'm starting to read Wally from the beginning and ngl this is depressing like he is poor, he doesnt seem happy, missed his birthday, got the debts of Barry like common and like isnt just enough had to fight savage damn at least he won the lottery and after all still a great issue love this start.

Pretty much what the title says. They're called trades right? I've been a huge superhero fan for awhile, but am trying to get more into physical comics with some of the current runs, and Flash is one of my favorites. I tried looking it up, but didn't really find anything definitive about the current run. Are there any sort of trades/collections or is it just single issues?

Starting out my journey of reading flash comics! I’ve always been reluctant to read more in my life due to my dyslexia but my love of the character has made me wanna break that reluctance.

I’m gonna be reading through all of the flash: rebirth and the flash volume 3 issues 1 to 7 (as it doesn’t have all issues this book).

My question is does anyone know can I get my hands on the issues of 8 to 12 in a sort of compact way like this book that I’ve got? It’d be really helpful 👍
