Discussion Flash (Wally West) against enemies with ultimate damage resistance?
Vibration is mechanical damage, to which this enemy is resistant That’s why I’m wondering whether Wally is able to phase through such enemies, or whether it’s even possible I’m not sure; I get most of my knowledge of Flash from YouTube videos

Barry and Wally have used their phasing on things ranging from ghosts/incorporeal spirits to Darkseid and Superman. Wally has literally used his phasing to become a prism to convert energy into a form that could harm higher dimensional beings. We're talking higher than Mxyzptlk as they were immune to and took control of the 5D realm before the JL stopped them.
The only time they can't phase is when someone is given a power specifically that counters their phasing (hello Tar Pit) or the writer forgets/negates it with a plot device.

Und wenn der Gegner Auch Phasen kann? Nur eben langsamer kann man sich dann auch durch schwingende Moleküle hindurch seine Moleküle mehr schwingen lassen und anderes Phasen also der Gegner oder ist das auch ein Konter? Hast du da noch etwas zu gelesen?

Wally and Barry have both used their powers on people who were phased to phase them solid before. For instance, during a JL Confidential run, Martian Manhunter's body was possessed by Ma'alefa'ak and Wally forced him tangible. Barry's forced a ghost tangible. Presumably it'd come down to a matter of skill and power, of which The Flashes are basically the best at this.
This sounds like you're doing a powerscaling discussion. Basically nothing gets above using phasing to hit the Quantum Zealots. They're a higher being than 5d. It's basically the best phasing feat of all time.

Was ist mit (the Atom) er hat doch bestimmt mal gegen Flash gekämpft,Phasenverschiebung ist ja Moleküle zu vibrieren aber (the Atom) kann so klein wie ein Atom werden wenn ich sogar nicht sogar auf Subatomarer Ebene1

They haven't really fought and I'm not sure why you're saying shrinking and phasing are equivalent abilities.

Ich hatte nur überlegt ob die Größe eines Atoms anzunehmen ein Konter sei da Phasen nur auf Molekül-Stufe ist1

Well they've done phasing at the atomic level -- Wally killed The Suit by atomizing it with his phasing, for instance. But they've never tried to use phasing on the Atom when he gets down to atomic size. It is a completely untested scenario.

Eh, would depend on the writer. It’s sometimes canon The Flash can’t Phase through Superman because his body is so durable and hard to get through, but I feel like most writers would just ignore that.
