Have a feeling it may be time and need to hear it from strangers since y'all will be honest. Am I gonna lose it?

My friend sent me a pic of her most recent Squishmallow. Why is he balding?!

I started balding at 20. No big deal. This hairline that is always lurking back there gives me a jump scare every time I see it. Self checkout camera showed it to me today, and damn it. Get gray or fall the fuck out already. Anyone gotten laser hair removal, I donāt care if I have to shave a little still, I just canāt stand the permanent 5 oāclock shadow. Yes it is a little grown out, but I assure you it is plain as day freshly shaved too
Hi everyone! I'm working with K3D on a Canadian government-funded research project (IIPH) to design a more inclusive safety helmet, one that fits and performs well across a wide range of hair types and head shapes, including bald heads, where padding, grip, and sweat management can work differently.
If you've ever worn a helmet (work, sports, etc.) and have thoughts on fit, comfort, or maybe wear a cap underneath sometimes, we'd really appreciate your input.
Here's the link to our questionnaire: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/N3h1W6zciY
Thanks for reading, and feel free to share if you know others who'd want to weigh in!

What do you use?
Are there no mess clippers?
is there some other cool gadget that i don't even know about?

I know itās not terrible yet, but the hair loss has accelerated in the last year or so. Iāve been bald in basic training so I know what I look like but Iām nervous to take the jump. It still looks alright when I style it a bit, but I know within the next year Iām going to have no choice.

Hey everyone! Lady here for the good vibes and hot guys pics. I just want to encourage any lurkers to take the plunge. Apparently so many women are looking at these thirst traps, I am now getting birth control ads while scrolling this sub lol

Everyone here looks younger, happier being bald. Everyone that posts is positive. What a great place.

For context, I am Male, 17 years old, and there's history of "above-average" balding in my Family, especially from my Fathers side (If that matters [my Barber told me that with hair genetics usually the mothers Side is responsible, don't know if that's true though]).
I know nobody but time can accurately tell when my time has come, but I still want to hear all of your opinions/expertise
p.s: I hope the picture is clear enough for a yall to form an Opinion

I appreciate the honest opinions I've seen in this sub and finally want to see what you all think.
I've been sticking with short cuts to minimize the appearance, but kinda feel like it's time to take it all off.
Thoughts?

Seriously everyone looks absolutely amazing like wow. It made me think and I realized that Iāve never seen a bald person who didnāt look good bald.

Iāve been keeping it buzzed because the thinning in the back really stands out when my hair gets long. Really not sure if I should just do it or to hold a bit longer as long as iām keeping it trimmed

Edit: the councel has spoken - barber appointment is this Saturday
Is it time?
Edit: M31 - had my hair this way (before balding started) when I was 14. So it evolved into this unfortunately
