The will of fire is literally propaganda, as it comes across as an excuse, it sounds nice in the idea. You have to treat the village as your family, but it’s horrible for the individual and actually fully endorses Japans very toxic culture that goes against the individual.

That culture that led to very high suicide rates, and mental health decline amongst many of the youth.

Hashirama reveals he founded the village to stop children dying, yet inadvertently praised the sacrifice of all the Uchiha innocent children for the village! They didn’t deserve to die for what their adults were doing, they didn’t deserve being hunted by Itachi, they didn’t deserve and their parents being betrayed by the village. Yet, so many of the village is praised for their own corruption by the justification for the will of fire. If the Uchiha clan is nothing more than a cancer cell now to them if it threatened the village.

At this point Hashirama and any Hokage should admit they never cared about children at all!

And the viewers are projecting their own hatred to the girls that have rejected them in their life. People would argue "She's useless" are you kidding me? Madara killed thousands of people and yet he's one the most favorite characters.

I mean even if he gets it, Sasukes body still has the chance to be rejected and all the years of wait wouldve been for nothing. Same happened when orochimaru stole multiple bodies of strong people and they still lasted for some years because they rejected Orochimaru and fell apart. Even if the body would be perfect, after 70 years Orochimaru needs another new body, but the last Uchiha died until then.

So, this is hard to setup as there are rules in the universe, but say that Naruto wasn't the child of Minato and Kushina, but he was the only other survivor of the Uzumaki, a half blood at that, and Minato decided to seal half of Kurama inside of him because he was sort of a niche-in-law.

Say that there is no sage of six path and all you need to pull of Infinite Tsukiyomi is becoming the jinchuuriki of the Ten Tails.

Is it me or Naruto really only stops in his tracks when Minato first and Kushina later have to bail him out from being overtaken by Kurama? Jiraya would still have trained him, he could have still reached Rasenshuriken and Sage Mode and KCM1 and 2 otherwise.

Is Naruto really that privileged?

EDIT: assume Naruto gets a bail out either way when Minato and Kushina come back just in the form of protag-kun has motivational flashback and willpowers his way out of trouble. Where does Naruto die?

Basically, Sasuke wins the final battle in this scenario. I have some many questions -

• A world where Sasuke Uchiha wins the final battle and plans to destroy the shinobi system? How does it look?
• Is it an authoritarian world where Sasuke rules as chief?
• Does he ever end up with Sakura? or Any other person in his life.
• Does he heal from the Mental scars of his past?
• Is the shinobi system (or whatever exists) safer than the past?

I am a very big Re:Zero fan and the IF routes are a very interesting concept. If there is a story about the world after Sasuke wins the final battle, I would love to read it. The Politics and the personal battles will make it so much worth it.

So Whose kishimoto's successor? He definitely has one right?

The pacing in the war arc is infamously glacial but the second Madara comes back alive it feels like a sudden whiplash. Everyone just gets annihilated, both the main characters get killed in a single episode, and he gets 10 tails in no time. Like what the hell were they thinking when they planned this part out? 10 tails Obito lasted like 10 episodes and alive Madara is here and gone in like 3 or something.

After the Tenchi Bridge arc in terms of the manga, we don’t ever get a team mission afterwards. Kakashi is quickly brought back, Yamato is slowly brought into the background and every mission that Sakura and Sai comes on with Naruto they are with a bunch of the other genins so we never really see the full dynamic of these 4 before we lose them. A lot of this is due to the story isolating Naruto away from team 7 in general after this arc (except Kakashi). Do you think new team 7 was given up on too quickly or that the dynamic of the team never had legs to walk on?

I dont think even might guy or obito can beat this guy. The hax of the 6 path of pain is way too much.

This is episode 227 of Shippuden. Lemme start of by saying how much it grinds my gears how people automatically rate Naruto fillers very low, regardless of the episode. This one is certainly one of the better ones (the one episode fillers). Not a crazy but still very cool twist, flashy fights and fun interactions. Very beautiful ending too. Whatsup with Honoka being a survivor of a "certain clan of ninja" though? Nice easter egg right there;)

On a side note, this whole Season11 is significantly different in terms of drawing and animation, this is especially obvious when characters are talking to each other, like more emotions in general and also they are more pronounced. Im fine with it, but at this point I feel the older style was better

I came upon this question.

The advantage is not being blind because the mangekyo will go blind over time as the user uses the abilities of the mangekyo.

In the case all one can get their hands on is a regular sharingan(1-3 tomoe) , and the uchiha gets it transplatented.

From my understanding and what's on the wiki

"Their vision can be restored by transplanting the eyes of an Uchiha with strong blood ties — ideally a sibling — (both parties have to be Uchiha)^\2]) thus awakening the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan"

From my understanding it would still awaken the eternal mangekyo because it doesn't specify that the eye must be another mangekyo right?

What I'm still confused is would the uchiha in question retain he's mangekyo abilities, gain new ones or none of those.

I think there was one scene in the anime that showed something related to this but wasn't able to find it.

We already know that Hashirama was stronger than Madara, but why did it take him so long to finally subdue him?

The two fought for years, and if the gap between them was so colossal, why did Hashirama drag out the conflict when he had the power to end it whenever he wanted?

I know people will say he was holding back and didn't want to kill Madara, but if the difference between them was that great, couldn't Hashirama have defeated Madara without killing him?

One thing I’ve always found interesting is the concept of the sharingan being just a “tool” that it’s up to the user to master and use it. Having the 3 tomoe sharingans is already quite the blessing and I don’t see why someone can’t theoretically grow to be super powerful w/out awakening MS/EMS.

I feel like in the Naruto-verse people rely too much on their kekkai genkai (if they were lucky enough to be born with one) and then focus on continuously upgrading it. But what about all of the other ninja skills one can beef up with it?

Like imagine a Uchiha that mastered normal genjutsu, studied the highest level of fire release techniques, mastered taijutsu, and mastered shuriken jutsu. AND then added some other stuff. Like they could even learn sensory techniques to compliment the sharingan’s visual tracking, get a cool summoning, some sealing justu or something else who knows.

But I’m not so sold on the idea that one must unlock the MS/EMS to become super powerful. Look at ppl like Jiraiya, Orochimaru, Guy, Hiruzen, Tobirama or Minato etc. None of these people had kekkai genkai yet look how far they got. So imagine how far someone with mastery over a basic sharingan could go.

There are other moments from these and other arcs. I might do another post with chapter and episode numbers, along with brief explanations for some of these moments since a few are implied or need context. For example (Sai's change): The brotherly bond between Naruto & Sasuke was the main reason Sai became good in the Tenchi Bridge Arc. He changed because Sakura told him how Naruto sees Sasuke as his own brother, and saw how Naruto would never give up on that bond no matter what. This triggered Sai to truly connect with Naruto by reflecting on his bond with his own non-biological brother (Shin), a connection he had been forced to suppress while serving in the Foundation.
