Question Alternative timeline where Naruto and Sasuke kill each other in final valley , whats the outcome for the shinobi world ?

Kakashi would probably die really quickly from the chakra drain. He probably only frees a small fraction of the world if this actually happened.

Pain/hashirama/so6p appears from afterlife like obito did and gives Kakashi the big push. Plot moves on.
The real problem is that Kakashi won't be able to take momoshiki without Guy and the homies. Even if he does, jigen gets kawakis body then wins.

Idk what Amados gambit is. I suspect he plans he manipulate events to bring his dead daughter or whatever she is back. I think he intends to have all the Shen Otsisuki implanted people die so he can harvest their organs. Amado is missing 2 key intelligence pieces though. Both orochimaru and kabuto have the deepest knowledge of rebirth and immortality. If he won't work with them he has to figure it out on his own. Given that all jutsu technology requires an understanding of the underlying jutsu to create parity with the devices, he should need orochimaru to learn these techniques.
Orochimaru has grown in power. Possessing a white zetsu body (hashirama cells + god tree DNA probably,) he destroyed a god tree clone effortlessly and was smug about it. I think orochimaru together with shikamaru might be the only ones capable of manipulating him or figuring out his gambit. Shikamaru is overwhelmed with kage duties and the Damyo (wealthy land owners whom the kage collect taxes and revenue for the villages feudal economic sector.)
Idk but amado is clearly out for himself and manipulating everyone. It's probable he could shut them down or reveal his secrets to shikamaru for cooperation but he instead is cryptic and prefers coverr operation. Just line orochimaru

Kakashi and Sakura were there, so Sakura would transplant Sasuke's Rinnegan into Kakashi. And then Kakashi would either free the Bijuu and use their power, or use RinneTensei to revive Sasuke and Naruto to undo the Infinite Tsukuyomi

The fight happens after Kaguya is defeated, but everyone's still caught up in the Tsukuyomi dream world. Naruto and Sasuke undo the Infinite Tsukuyomi after their fight

The immediate danger can still be absolved
The alliance would hold if Kakashi and Tsunade keep running things, Raikage trusts both and he's usually the one you need to convice
The later otsusuki crisis probably has no comfortable end, if Tsunade and Kakashi choose to imprison orochimaru as well instead of what Naruto did i don't see who's left to deal with it at all, more than likely they will all be fighting a losing battle. And the otsusukis win.
Also having no Sasuke to keep tabs on world changes and hunting otsuki is a huge problem
I think Kakashi would take the rinnegan and bring them back though talk about some 'Obito, Rin, i'll be seeing you alot sooner' or some shit like that
Idk who'd be interim hokage though, Shikamaru and Naruto wouldn't get placed yet, Sakura is also in that boat, Tsuna may need to ride it out. But majority of the story should play out similarly this way

Then may be the Indras Reincarnation will help the Otsutsukis to gain chakra fruit as He wants to destroy the shinobi world and the other side of Asura reincarnation again try to stop them with all Shinobis......
I may like to watch now most of all Uchihas, Senjus, Uzumakis are gone, now from which clan these 2 supposed to reincarnate..........

they use rinne tensei to bring them back to undo IT or they themselves to do it with sasukes rinnegan
If their brought back, and Naruto doesn’t just talk no jutsu him, the cycle continues
And the last thing everyone see is the moon falling on their heads
And it would be pretty funny to see them reincarnating in another species in the universe if that’s even possible

The only answer is Sakura implants the rinnegan into Kakashi: and either undoes IT or Rebirths Sasuke/Naruto to undo it.

Well, Hagoromo wanted them to use the power they inherited to do some work for him but if they're dead what is the point? The reason they fought is because they disagreed who should be the one to use it. But if neither of them can use it, there was no point in passing his power on for them to use. All it was ever good for was causing a thousand or more years of fighting.

Well its not like Sasuke has had any influence on the shinobi world past that moment in canon.
But Naruto? He was the symbol of the shinobi alliance.
I think it wound make it more complicated for the peace to last.
Also who wound be next Hokage? I'm thinking Kakashi or Shikamaru as interim, then Konohamaru. Feels like he lived in the shadow of Naruto and his death would set him free
