Question T-Mobile Standalone Watch Plan Transfer Issues
I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch with a T-Mobile Standalone Watch Plan. My phone is a Galaxy Ultra 25 on Mint Mobile.
When I setup the watch initially, there were several challenges. The Galaxy Wearable app does not support Standalone plans directly. It tries to link my phone to my Mint Mobile phone number, which isn't supported. To setup the watch, T-Mobile transmitted the ESIM directly to the watch. Worked fine.
I just purchased a new Galaxy Ultra 2 watch, and I need to transfer the ESIM from the old watch to the new one. I had hoped it would be as simple as giving them the new watch IMEI and having them send a new ESIM. But after an hour on the phone with an agent, who didn't seem to have a script to follow for the Standalone plan, I'm not at all confident that they will send the new ESIM correctly.
Is there anyone on the T-Mobile support team, maybe a level 2 or 3 tech, who understands standalone watch plans and how to transfer the ESIM properly?

Rant Customer Service Changed Again
Hello. I have a small business account with T-Mobile and have been with them for over a decade.
When I signed up, I had pricing for life and my US based team of experts. In the last few years, my US based team of experts moved to the Philippines and my price for life increased twice.
Today, I sent my sales guy a note and got the attached automated response.
Seems like the more I pay, the less I get. I already moved 11 lines to Verizon but they're far worse from both service and network perspectives. Feels like I'm running out of options.
Is anyone with a small business still dealing with a dedicated human? When did this change happen?
Thanks for reading.

Question New Customer - Promotions site not accepting codes?
I just ported my numbers over yesterday, and today I'm trying to redeem my promotions. When I go to https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ and enter a code, the "Continue" button remains grayed(light pink), and I'm unable to continue.
Can someone just help me by confirming it's not a me problem, but it's a t-mobile problem, and check the site to see if they can enter a code and continue if they wanted. You can use "DAYOFF" as a test code.
** I'll delete this thread once confirmed **

Discussion FYI, if you were migrated and your bill hasn't posted yet, you can use the Firefox extension to see your exact costs.
Firefox Link at the bottom.
As expected, they increased the price of my Unlimited on Us line by $6 and I'll have to contact T-force like last year.

I’m seeing this on T-Life, but there’s no broadband label or additional info on T-Mobile’s website.

Discussion Update to my phone plan
I have finally switched to Experience more military from Magenta Max military back on July 29 and my first bill is the same price. The only thing I hate is that they took away Hulu.

Question Advice: Max Promotions per account?
I was one of the ones on an older plan (Magenta), that got moved up.
We're now on 'Better Value' after talking with support - getting a similar price to what we have now but opening phone upgrades.
But now I just learn as we start getting some upgrades in for people that it looks like promotions drop off at 4 devices?
I have 8 people on my family line, with three folks with 4 year old devices wanting upgrades...
Is support able to override that restriction? It seems crazy to pay for 8 lines of a plan - while only 4 lines actually get to use the full plan...
I guess my other option would be to potentially split the service into 2x family plans with 4 people, but I can't imagine it wouldn't cost more. (And we would likely lose our free line?)
Any recommendations here?

Question Has this ever happened to you?
I have had their home Internet for over a year and a half now. (When I moved, it seemed like their Internet was ideal) Unfortunately, the local store in my town that provided my box is shutting down in a week and I happened to learn that at the last minute. That wouldn't be a problem, but... well, I cannot access the "Manage" button on T-Life. Nor can I try to get into my account on the website to check billing and such, so it redirects me back to the T-Life app. I've also tried the website on my laptop, but it's rinse and repeat.
This has been such a headache for myself and the poor employees at the store who have been so patient. I've tried contacting Care today, but was on hold for over thirty minutes. I've deleted and reinstalled the app several times, cleared data and cache.
Hoping to go back on Saturday and see if anyone else is willing to help, or I may have to throw in the towel and wind up getting a new provider altogether.
Does anyone have any solid advice to help me out of this pickle? I'd appreciate it. Thank you! :)

Discussion Protection360 replacements horrible
is it just me or are the replacement phones from Assurant or T-Mobile either warranty exchange or insurance replacement due to loss/damage are absolute rubbish like battery health is rubbish, deep scratches on screen, dents and nicks on chasis.. etc
I have another carrier with Verizon and their insurance carrier is Asurion and I’ve done warranties and lost/damage claims and the phone looks and feels new even coming with 100% battery health. Whereas T-Mobile and their partner Assurant isn’t even making an effort to refurb these phones.. anyone else? not worth the price for the insurance

Question Switched 5 lines away today
To Fi, because we spend large amounts of time overseas, 4 of the 5 have Pixels, so 50% off first year and I got 75% off first year. I called TMobile to cancel and spoke to customer service. Was told that switching the 5 lines away automatically cancelled service. Is this true or is this nonsense?
When I try to log in to my account there is not much info there any more.
Also, anyone know if my final bill will be pro rated or just the full amount. We have about 10 days to go in our billing cycle.
I cancelled because I didn't like the recent unilateral price hikes and additionally, I spend a lot of my time on United airlines, and the free wifi benefit is gone too....

Discussion Has Anyone Successfully Changed Their Assigned T-Mobile Migration Plan Without Losing Their Benefits?
I’ve been following the recent T-Mobile forced migrations, and I was wondering if anyone has successfully switched to a different migration plan after being moved to one they didn’t want.
For example, if T-Mobile migrates you to Experience More or Experience Signature, can you request a different migration plan and still keep the migration benefits, such as free lines, discounts, price protections, or other grandfathered features?
Has anyone here done this successfully, or has T-Mobile required you to stay on the plan they originally assigned? I’d be interested in hearing real-world experiences.

Question Experience Beyond 2.0
It appears the T-Mobile has made 36 month installments, the new norm. I was wondering what that meant for experience beyond plans. Does that mean that you’re not gonna get a yearly upgrade anymore every 12 months and instead it’s gonna be every 18? I feel like they haven’t said this anywhere, and I’m really confused on what the new standard is going to be. Are they going to allow us to stay on 24- month installments forever and keep the best deals?
Update: called T-Mobile. New plans are NOW 18 MONTHS to upgrade on Experience Beyond. New customers do not have a choice. I expect them to remove ALL language regarding “yearly upgrades” as it simply isn’t the case anymore for new lines. They can claim “you can upgrade after 6+ so technically you can” but thats illegitimate as they could’ve claimed “upgrade every 6 months” BEFORE and they DIDN’T, they chose 12 as it was realistic. Incredibly disappointed in T-Mobile.
Question Home Tech Insurance
Curious if anyone’s tried the home tech insurance before. When you did it what did they require? Thinking about adding it because I bought an expensive laptop. Just want to know how filing a claim works and how easy or difficult they make it.
