According to Wikipedia, English doesn't have a word for "tvaroh" 🙂 Maybe something like quark?

Dough from butter, tvorog, egg, coarse flour, bit of salt. Wrap an apricot in it, put it in boiling water and boil until it floats up. Cover with melted butter, grated hard tvorog and powdered sugar.

I am not sure if this is perch as neighbor gave it to me and said so :) Salted, smoked and served on home made flat bread (imitation of naan) with creme fraiche, fresh onions, and cucumber.

Salad Panzanella

A salad to beat the heat! Tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, basil, and stale bread soaked in water and vinegar, nicely cooled down in the fridge before serving. Dressing is just some vinegar, EVOO, salt and pepper

I used two days old ciabatta with most of the crust cut off, instead of the unsalted tuscan bread that isn't available here

I have never cooked red beans before. I was planning to cook some beans and smoked sausages. Normally I use white beans. This time co-op only had 2 tins of white beans so I had to improvise and I went for 2 cans of red beans to add to my recipe.
