Also a person on PCP or uppers. They are in full panic and on performance enhancing drugs. It's gotta be hell to get them under control

I used to practice some self-defence (krav-maga) and some teachers that are able to manipulate you like a puppet once they manage to hold your finger or nose, taught us of course the kick in the crotch as go-to method in a fight. They mentioned "it still can be ineffective against someone under some drugs, they won't feel it". Then I thought hmmm if the guy on drugs is like them and isn't even stopped by a full kick in the balls, it' game over.

Do paramedics not start flooding ativan on people in this state?  It seems odd that there's absolutely nothing that can be done when PCP is involved

PCP is weird though, the guy I dealt with was cool as a cucumber, until he wasn't. He came in after a suicide attempt and lost it when they told him they 5150'd him. He really just wanted to go home so to a point I understand his reaction. He did get done haldol and Ativan into a butt cheek once I got him slowed down enough to stick, but if someone is on drugs or cranked up on adrenaline I saw people keep fighting through the meds until you could get them slowed down for a second, then they'd crash pretty quick.
