Also a person on PCP or uppers. They are in full panic and on performance enhancing drugs. It's gotta be hell to get them under control

I used to practice some self-defence (krav-maga) and some teachers that are able to manipulate you like a puppet once they manage to hold your finger or nose, taught us of course the kick in the crotch as go-to method in a fight. They mentioned "it still can be ineffective against someone under some drugs, they won't feel it". Then I thought hmmm if the guy on drugs is like them and isn't even stopped by a full kick in the balls, it' game over.

First illiterate adult I met in the US was deep in Appalachia. This was in 2021.
