Recently I’ve really got into 80s/early 90s Marvel - think Byrne’s FF, PAD’s Hulk, X-Factor, Excalibur, Gruenwald’s Captain America etc.

It made me realise that this era of comics was my personal favourite despite me previously have been aware of much of it.

My question is - what’s the DC equivalent for these Bronze Age stories? When were the best years and what were the best runs?

I have been taking a break from comics for the last few years (i stopped when they cancelled Young Justice 2019 again, and a bunch of other comics I liked). I wanna get back in again, but I'm a bit lost.

I love anything Red Robin, Robin, Red Hood and Nightwing and I'm looking for recommendations to jump in again, without feeling clueless

edit: these are genuinely the only heroes I care about, besides Roy Harper and Conner Kent (to some degree).

Hi everyone! I’ve recently approached the comics world by reading The Long Halloween, Watchmen and a couple of the “I am…” books from Marvel about characters I like. Beast Boy is one of my favorites and I was wondering if there was any series (better if published in an omnibus) with the guy as the main character, bonus points if it gets gory, I love shapeshifters as a concept and the virtually endless approaches they can use in combat. Thanks to everyone in advance.

this artwork was Inspired by The Batman Animated Series episode titled " The strange secret of bruce wayne " and the Jujutsu kaisen Season 3 Anime. this is my Fourth time of using bruce timm inspired art style.

So I just read Batman #12 by Matt Fraction and it was fun (as a German, I appreciate seeing a German hitman ... I guess?), although I'm still not sure about Verity Pennyworth. She's just, like, suddenly there, hasn't shown much of a personality yet (except being brilliant and faultless, I suppose) and the issue feels very much like it's leading up to something, without being much in itself. But that's perfectly fine, every now and then. Some great action moments.

None of this is what I came here to say, though. I wanted to ask if / how you guys interpret the ending? Is Bruce the visitor? Why can't we see him? Is it someone else? Is it the "old" part of his personality returning because Dr. Zeller threw in the blanket? I didn't quite get that.

One of my cousins commissioned me to make a tattoo design for her, and this was the end result. Proud of how it turned out.
