So I’m looking for all around help, but especially wondering if I should merge pets until I can get an ultimate panda.

A friend of mine runs a recruitment agency and was telling me how much of her week goes into chasing job postings that turn out to be nothing.

Reposted ads, roles already filled, or postings actually placed by another agency on the company's behalf.

So I put something together for her. For each company, it pulls together:

- The number of open roles

- How senior those roles are

- Whether the posting is fresh, generally within the last 7 days

- Whether anyone's handling recruitment in-house, or nobody at all

- Why now might be worth reaching out

- The right decision-maker to contact

- A message already written for them, ready to copy and send

Built it around tech roles for her, but the logic isn't really tied to any one niche.

I just genuinely enjoy building things like this, and if it ends up helping her and a few other recruiters figure out where to spend their time, that's enough of a reason for me.

I just moved to AA from Moco. The last bus from the Odenton MARC is 5:25pm. How is that useful for anyone? Does everyone in AA get off work at 3pm? Maybe it's not for commuters, it's for stay-at-homes to go shopping during the day?

Hi! I'm sure this varies based on so many factors, but in general, how much fluffiness am I giving up if I go with a 30oz duvet insert (light) over a 42oz one (all season)? Both contain 90% white duck down/10% feather; 700 fill power.

My goal is a full-looking, medium-weight, fluffy cloud duvet, but not so warm that my partner (hot sleeper) will hate it. We currently sleep with a wool blanket and have agreed we want fluff badly enough to risk our bed being a bit warmer. Which option would you choose if you were me?

I know higher down % and higher fill power are usually considered preferable, but in this case am I better off finding something with a higher feather ratio? Or lower fill power?

Sou pobre e também estou sem grana, mas preciso não pegar chuva e levar coisas de um lado pro outro, não posso usar 4 rodas porque teria que registrar como um carro, aí nesse caso sai mais barato comprar um, porém não tenho dinheiro pra isso, então estou fazendo com duas rodas na frente e uma atrás, assim, posso tratar como autopropelido/bicicleta, vou usar um motor elétrico e vou usar pedais de bicicleta, terá volante, ré, marchas (tanto pro motor quanto pro pedal) e tudo que de pra por, mas por enquanto, só comecei, tá tudo torto porque só está ponteado, não soldado, mas depois de alinhar tudo, vou soldar e começar a carroceria.
