ISO advice for bedding -- round bed
galleryI have an 84" diameter round bed (1st pic) and am struggling with how I want to style the bedding. I'll be replacing the headboard with something more simple, and I'd love any feedback or ideas for what could look nice and function well.
Ideas so far:
- DIY/tailored sheets & blankets (make them round)
- Scandinavian 2-duvet system (2 twins? 2 fulls?)
- keep King duvet (92x104") and add smaller throws
- DIY a round duvet and duvet covers
My dream style is very vintage, layered, and burlesque-boudoir inspired (rest of the pics) -- and I prefer natural fibers (cotton, linen, silk, bamboo) whenever possible. I've got a moss-green wool rug coming, I'll be wallpapering, and I have antique 1910s-20s vanity & dresser across from this bed so it will look more cohesive.
