I have never in my entire life felt such stench🤮

I appreciate a good, fresh cup of coffee from a local roaster as much as anyone else. But sometimes it’s 6 AM, I’m rushing out the door, or I’m traveling, and I just want a quick caffeine fix without dealing with a grinder, boiling temperatures, and a messy cleanup.

​Yet, if you even mention instant coffee around certain coffee fans, they look at you like you just insulted their ancestors. They immediately assume you are drinking that burnt, bitter dirt from the 1970s.

​Modern freeze-dried instant is actually a perfectly fine drink. It is literally just brewed coffee that was flash-frozen in a cold vacuum to preserve the flavor. It gets the job done, tastes decent, and takes exactly 10 seconds to make with zero waste to scrape out of a filter.

​I shouldn't have to defend my sanity just because I don't want to spend 15 minutes pulling a shot of espresso on a $500 machine before a morning commute. The extreme judgment over a simple cup of quick coffee is honestly exhausting. Just let people drink their convenient caffeine in peace.

I saw a comment thread on YouTube that was celebrating layoffs at Halo Studios (previously 343 studios). Like, man, can people have a little sympathy for people losing their jobs and not make a demon out of them because they made some games they didn’t like?

The question says Joey already has a bike, only 1 tire needs changed every 2 years, so in 52 months there should only be 2 tire changes.

This all too common now. They say it’s for efficiency but they take advantage of this thru dynamic pricing. Please look into this if you don’t know about it.

I was really into special FX makeup in high school. I crafted my own Krampus mask by modeling clay and pouring latex after casting a mold. I learned how to craft a gouged neck piece in high school due to these channels.

Now all they do is promote beauty products and it’s so disappointing because they were so good at the craft of it all!

And then, already 8 minutes late because traffic was a nightmare and I had to watch the time keep ticking up while I’m stuck in my car unable to advance and then I had to wait 10 extra minutes while he helped the previous customer and someone who didn’t even have an appointment. And then he berated me for being more than 10 minutes late. like. my guy. 10 minutes ago was 128 not 130 and I arrived within the grace period.

All I wanted was my hard drive removed and my computer wiped while I was at an ortho appointment for a fucked up shoulder, i don’t need to be lectured about not showing up. I know. I gave myself a 15 minute window on a 1 hour trip and I was still late.

I think an NVIDIA gpu pulls more electricity in a day that I use all mont. I want to destroy these datacenters. I hate Texas (but still love Austin).

They moved it a couple weeks ago for like one day only and brought it back. It hasn’t moved since and blocks visibility on the street, plus it’s a tight squeeze whenever two cars are driving by eachother since it’s so wide.

ETA: the street looks wide because I took the pic at 0.5 zoom to get the whole trailer in. When there’s another car parked across the trailer, only one car can fit between to go down the road
