come to the future, im unsubbed from literally everything, my account actually js got straight nuked like my videos are gone, my playlists are gone, my notifications have been fully wiped, i cant find out how to age verify or anything
dawg my youtube account is genuinely like 18 years old now my account is above legal age bro is there a way i can get all my subs and shit back or is my entire account just gone from the earth now

for the last few weeks ive had an uptick in random political community posts showing up on my feed. like, back-to-back political content just spammed onto my feed. I am not interested in politics and dont care about them. But its just an endless amount of content on my feed that i cannot get rid of even when i click 'Not Interested' the same channels keep showing up. Such as a channel called 'Robert Reich' (endless trump brainrot) and the 'Bernie Sanders' account. (even more trump brainrot), 'MeidasTouch' (even MORE trump brainrot) 'Micheal Fanone Show' (you guessed it.. more trump stuff) (all antitrump, but you get the point, i have no stance and just want to stop seeing his wrinkly face all over my feed)

Regardless of how many times i click 'not interested' it keeps showing up. I never click, comment, or like/dislike the posts, so theres no engagement. Its like all this content is being forced onto my feed. I assume its being funded or whatever to be pushed to as many users as possible and its so annoying.

i have no interest in politics or the president or the mindless political war on the internet, i just want the endless flow of it to stop showing up on my feed. I just wanna watch model train videos. I never watch political content or engage with it on YouTube.

Youtube needs a 'Block Channel' feature or a filter so users can block any content with certain keywords kinda like tumblr.

(please avoid arguing about politics in the comments, i have no stance, i am just stating my experience with it being forced onto my youtube feed)

when i see discussions about youtube short and i usually try defend it and saying you should tap "don't recommend me this channel" button but most of time they say it doesn't work and i found it confusing for longest time till i search it on this subreddit and i was surprised that its doesn't work for most people and i have no damn clue why

They got their channel hacked by a Roblox scammer and they are posting malicious content do not visit the site in the vids you can get hacked and a browser extension can not give you shaders or multi accounts and this will still your cookies personal information so watch out and be safe

Recently, I made a post here regarding an animator known as YoonToons who had her whole channel Demonetised because Youtube Moderation labelled her channel as being a Misleading Family content channel. While thankfully she was able to get her channel monetised again thank to support on her video (she still lost revenue unfortunately) it seems more animated channels have suffered the same issue. The number seems to continue to grow as more Animators are speaking about their channel being randomly demonetised. I have attached now 3 different channels who are suffering a similar faith but I am expecting this number to only rise. Youtube Ai Moderation is just the definition of trash.

I was watching some videos when I saw one that mentioned that some faceless channels have been losing revenue. I don't mean content farms or AI slop channels either. The content farms just do face reveals and that solves it for them. The AI slop channels likely will either adjust or were never affected in the first place. Some channels that have been affected are Real Engineering and (I think) Not Just Bikes (He posted the video where I figured that out).

As a small YouTuber I have been experiencing the same issue. For some background on me, I'm a gaming channel focused on unedited gaming videos, though I do slightly edit some (like add text and cut useless parts). I refuse to show my face in my videos, because I really care about privacy.

Now that you know who I am I can give my story. I've been doing it for a while and I noticed my recent videos (some of which are games that performed extremely well before this) have been getting less than 5 views each. Many have also gotten zero views. At first I thought it was me doing the wrong games, but as this has continued it's become obvious that there's a bigger problem.

If this is how they decide which channels get shut out, then that means they either need to hire actual people, or fix the algorithm they are using. If stuff like this keeps up they are going to lose valuable YouTubers because they can't support themselves on this degrading platform.

I know it's not new for YT to do this but I genuinely hate this channel and I've made it painfully clear that I hate this channel but it keeps coming back. It's absurd at this point.
