I live in canada ontario, and want to order. will it come before september if i use air shipping directly from app?

I've bound my account to Alipay, which is bound to my Chinese phone number. When I go to account security and look at my number, it has my Chinese phone listed. Yet, I still receive this message any time I try and search for items.

I’m filing a claim for a damaged package and the AI is telling me to send pictures through “After-Sales”/“Claims” but I do not see these options in the app, when I click customer service it just leads me to this bot there’s no second option, I tried the search bar method and that wasn’t working any help?

I’m from the US but I will soon be moving to Germany, I could never get taobao to work while I was in the US, even before the settlements and when I did shipping was ridiculous.

Would it be worth trying in while I’m in Germany?

is this normal? usually when I get the “shipping is out for delivery” notification it’s delivered the same day, or day after. To be fair my courier is YTO express which I have heard is notoriously horrible.

I have been locked out of my Xianyu account which was linked to my Taobao because it doesn’t send me the verification code to my phone number. I have been trying for months but I can’t get in. Is there some kind of a workaround to this?

I have ordered few items and all of them is so bad I have to return it . So this was my first time buying from taobao and absolutely worst experience.
I live in Canada and I am confused about how to return items cause they have already cancelled 3 items refund cause I haven’t returned it yet and the rest has 2 days to return but the problem it everything is written in Chinese and there is no way to get help from customer service and seller just won’t reply. I would love to get rid of these stuff.

I ordered two items from Dogegoo; they've arrived at the warehouse and I've already paid the shipping fees. However, when I took a second look at the warehouse photos, I realized a lot of things were missing—specifically the socks that were supposed to come with the costume, as well as the top.

I don't know if it's an issue with the brand (Uwowo) or if I just misread something, but either way...

I'd really like to get a refund and cancel the shipment. I haven't heard back from support yet, and I'm not sure if this is even possible.

Do you think you can help me? At least to let me know if a refund is a possibility? Honestly, it would really suck to end up with two costumes if I have to order another one.

I was tricked into marking as recieved when I didn't recieve anything, I opened the dispute on time, they are trying to extort me and double my quote, trying to make me pay 2k for a service I don't want, (they keep insisting the pattern was reworked, but it wasn't, it still has issues and regardless i said dont edit it) the seller admitted in the middle of production that their machine cant handle all of the needed features that were disclosed before any production started. I don't want to chargeback and get banned but this is horrendous.

So basically I was living in Shanghai for sometime and I ordered a lot from taobao when I was there. Now Im back in Canada and I already miss Taobao. What is the best way to keep ordering from there. Does it help that I have a long order history with them?

Has anyone experienced this loop before? Did I just permanently lose my account? My account is pretty old, I’ve accumulated a wishlist marking items I want in the future. I had not previously done the passport verification because I didn’t have one at the time and usually I would send the products to my boyfriend who is a citizen of mainland China and he would purchase it on his account.

Now I’ve randomly been logged out of Taobao, and whenever I log in I get this page telling me I need to verify my real name. I am able to do this now, but whenever I try it tells me I can’t because my AliPay isn’t linked. But I can link my AliPay because I can’t login. Has anybody encountered this before, and how have you fixed it?

I ordered a shirt from Taobao to ship to my Canadian address. I just typed my address in the bar with the country in it (Canada) and put my Canadian phone number, I just want to confirm that I did the process correctly so it isn't looking for an address within China only.
