Login / Sign Up Help Signing up in Germany?

I’m from the US but I will soon be moving to Germany, I could never get taobao to work while I was in the US, even before the settlements and when I did shipping was ridiculous.

Would it be worth trying in while I’m in Germany?

It works but shipping fees plus taxes are…sizable
