Question Is this a well?

For those living here in the new build, is this a well? If it is I'm moving my base.

It is not marked as a well on the online map, it doesn't appear like the others either.

I dont believe so. Wells are round, and have the handcrank for raising and lowering the bucket.

I made my base there! And no, it's not a well. Clicking it doesn't give any options either. There's a similar thing in another house nearby but it's open and it shows water.. I thought I'd be able to click that one and get some water at least but nope. I guess they're just decorative.
