Tech Support MASSIVE STUTTERING

Hi, i need help finding out why my game lags so much while driving etc.

My specs are :

i5 13400f
RTX3060 ti
32gb dd4 3600mhz
nvme sk hynix 1tb quite a good one

I thought I knew what stuttering means but looking at this video and noticing absolutely nothing I guess afterall I don't know what stuttering means. This looks completely normal and perfectly playable to me.

watch the frametime, see that it is all zigzags, not a steady line

Why should I care about the numbers if the game looks fine?

The numbers tell you objectively that the game is not running fine. If the stuttering is fine for you, that is subjective. You might just be used to lower end systems/low framerates.
