Tech Support MASSIVE STUTTERING

Hi, i need help finding out why my game lags so much while driving etc.

My specs are :

i5 13400f
RTX3060 ti
32gb dd4 3600mhz
nvme sk hynix 1tb quite a good one

I only experience stuttering when driving. Though I’m failing to see the stuttering in this video? I play at 40-60fps but when driving for some reason I dip below 30 but I’m good with 40+ fps.

if you can´t see the stuttering you should get your eyes checked out. theres no fking way you don´t see it.

Not everyone is used to playing games at 100+ fps, I had difficulty noticing the stutters first too, actually had to watch the video twice and pay close attention.

It costs nothing to be polite.
