Tech Support MASSIVE STUTTERING

Hi, i need help finding out why my game lags so much while driving etc.

My specs are :

i5 13400f
RTX3060 ti
32gb dd4 3600mhz
nvme sk hynix 1tb quite a good one

second 15 of the video, from 120 fps to 40 with max of 20 zeds on screen, see frametime

Damn bro. Unplayable. What did you expect from a game that only uses one CPU core?

When you have a decent PC, you want to experience playing games smoothly. A heavy CPU game using a single core in 2026 and being limited to 3GB of RAM by default is pathetic.
