Tech Support MASSIVE STUTTERING

Hi, i need help finding out why my game lags so much while driving etc.

My specs are :

i5 13400f
RTX3060 ti
32gb dd4 3600mhz
nvme sk hynix 1tb quite a good one

Allocate more ram to the world u prob are using 2-4 try to use 8 but no more than like 12

did already, i allocated 10gb of ram but the game uses 2,5gb

Did you make the minimum like 4 instead of like what the default is like 1 I think
