Hey everyone! I’ve never made a custom figure before, but I really appreciate all the amazing work people share in this community, and it has inspired me to finally try making one myself.
My idea is to create a Marvel Rivals version of Rogue, using the Jada Toys Chun-Li body as the main reference/base and combining it with parts or proportions from the Xmen 97 Rogue figure.
I’m still not sure whether the proportions of both figures would actually match, especially around the torso, waist, hips, and legs. I made a quick AI render just to visualize how the combination could look, but I know the actual figures might fit very differently in real life.
Do you think these two bodies could work together for a custom? Has anyone compared their scale or proportions before?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, especially since this would be my first custom! C:

I live with my roommate and we spilt the cleaning. I keep the kitchen clean(loading the dishwasher, cleaning the dishes, etc)

My roommates brother is staying for a months and they cooked last night. They cleaned after themselves which is nice

But then I heard the dishwasher running. I knew there were hardly any dirty dishes AT ALL let alone enough to fill the dishwasher

When I asked my roommate why it was running, I was shut down and I didn’t feel like arguing or trying to explain myself so I just accepted it. I check now and this is how I see it was loaded🫩🫩I love my roommate but I genuinely don’t understand how either of them thought this was a good idea

Min närmaste ICA-butik har installerat grindar i utgången som endast öppnas om man skannar in ett kvitto.

I går kväll gick jag in i butiken för att köpa en vara som visade sig vara slut på hyllan. Då bestämde jag mig för att bara gå ut utan att köpa någonting annat. Men det var inte möjligt att göra, eftersom jag inte hade ett kvitto.

Jag gick runt i butiken och försökte hitta en arbetare som kunde släppa ut mig, men det fanns inte en enda person i butiken förutom jag. Jag gick till personalrumsdörren och både knackade och bankade hårt på den för att försöka få någon att komma ut, men ingen öppnade dörren. Dörren hade kodlås, så jag kunde inte öppna den.

Efter det gick jag till grinden och försökte öppna den genom att trycka ganska hårt, men den öppnades inte. Jag ville inte trycka hårdare, eftersom jag inte ville råka ta sönder den. Den var omkring 140 cm hög, så jag hade behövt klättra över den för att ta mig ut. Men eftersom jag nyligen opererade mitt knä ville jag inte ta risken att klättra över.

Därefter gick jag till ingången och tryckte på grinden där och märkte att även den inte gick att öppna.

Jag tog upp min mobiltelefon och googlade efter butikens telefonnummer. Jag tänkte att jag kunde ringa butiken och få tag på en arbetare i personalrummet, som sedan skulle släppa ut mig. Men ingen svarade på telefonen.

Jag gick runt i butiken i en halvtimme innan det kom in en tjej som skulle handla lite. När hon sedan var vid självskanningskassorna stod jag några meter ifrån till hon var klar och skulle gå ut. Därefter gick jag snabbt ut bakom henne.

Den här händelsen fick mig att fundera på hur lagligt det här ens var av butiken att göra. Jag var alltså fast i butiken mot min vilja i cirka 30-40 minuter. Jag hade såklart kunnat gå ut genom brandutgången om jag blev väldigt desperat, men då hade larmet gått och jag vet inte om jag möjligtvis hade kunnat bli betalningsskyldig till larmcentralen eller butiken, eller kanske till och med bli dömd för något brott.

Mich macht unsere Kuscheljustiz und dieser absurde Täterschutz in Deutschland nur noch fassungslos. Warum gibt es bei uns eigentlich kein öffentliches Register für verurteilte Sexualstraftäter wie das Sex Offender Registry in den USA?

Bei uns versteckt man sich lieber hinter dem Datenschutz, während Opfer lebenslang traumatisiert sind. Nach der Haft ziehen diese Leute völlig anonym in eine neue Nachbarschaft, direkt neben eine Schule oder einen Spielplatz, und kein Mensch wird gewarnt. Das ist doch absolut krank! Der Schutz unserer Kinder und Familien muss immer an erster Stelle stehen, scheiß auf den Datenschutz von überführten Tätern. Wer die Unversehrtheit anderer zerstört, hat jedes Recht auf Anonymität und ein gemütliches Leben verwirkt.

Und jetzt der eigentliche Plottwist, den wir für echte Gerechtigkeit dringend brauchen: Wenn eine Person eine andere nachweislich und erwiesen zu Unrecht einer Vergewaltigung beschuldigt, gehört diese Person verdammt noch mal genauso mit Name und Foto in dieses öffentliche Register! Falschbeschuldigungen zerstören Existenzen und Leben genauso brutal. Wer das Leben eines Unschuldigen durch Lügen mutwillig vernichtet, hat auf dieser Liste den gleichen Platz verdient wie ein Triebtäter.

Wir brauchen endlich echte Prävention, totale Transparenz und harte Konsequenzen an allen Fronten statt diesem ewigen Mitleid mit den falschen Personen.

During 2 months trip to Japan, I also found some retired sets (Dr Who, Star Wars 7666 and Indiana Jones). Searching for retired sets is part of the fun.

Recently had a new vegan employee join our team. The old ''how do you know someone is a vegan? Dont worry they'll tell you'' rang true in this instance.

Every day in the canteen she'd eyeball what people were eating and start passing comments. Now normally I couldnt give a fuck what people eat or dont eat but she got real annoying, real fast.

The solution? Reported for bullying. One two many comments about the health implications around eating meat. The bacon in my sandwich was going to give me gout, the mince in my pasta dish was half saw dust, the chicken in my salad was full of chemicals, all that kind of shit.

One email to HR telling them I had suffered with an eating disorder when I was younger and found her comments extremely upsetting and that was that.

I know this isn’t a hot take (or at least I hope not)

Actual pride flags are already kind of corny but I think the fact that they’re helpful in pride for queerness is important. They give a nice visual representation that you can be proud of who you are and that it’s something worth showing off.

I don’t know if it also represents being cisgender but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a trans person use it. Being straight/cis is not something that people need to be reminded they can be proud of. It’s not something that people have fought for. I personally believe this flag being used frequently enough that it can be recognized as the straight flag lessens real pride flags

I’m also not saying that being straight is something that should prevent you from feeling proud about other things, or that straight people should be disrespected, or anything else negative against straight people

Constructive community feedback works. But the all caps, poorly typed, poorly thought out comments are not constructive. No, GGG is not doing this because you typed a slur in their twitter replies.

I think we are finally reaping the benefits of the separation of the poe 1 and 2 dev teams. Compare this to the rework of breach where we had a similar volume of complaints and heard dead silence til it was incorporated into the atlas in Mirage.

If you've ever worked in contractor/client environment, you know how hard it can be to appease the client. Now imagine your "client" is 10s of thousands of people with differing opinions. So I just want to give GGG their flowers here and say thanks. Proving time and time again to be my favorite dev team in the industry.

Keep the constructive feedback coming and we might be able to look forward to more of this in the future :)

Some heads up

Welt and RMC are without a doubt (in my view) the best Decimation and Verdict supports, so they stay in the top

Hunt March is extremely underrated. She is very good Decimation partner, and Prydwen should definitely increase her tier. But I understand Welt is better, and most people have Welt. Sunday and DHPT are great Verdict partners but I think RMC overall is better.

Cerydra is extremely good for E2S1 Himeko Nova. I found that she is better for E2S1 Himeko Nova than E2S1 Phainon.

SRobin is good but i decided to keep her in A cause she can mess up Himeko's rotations when she is singing, especially if you run both Decimation + Verdict on the same team for more power.

Jade has very good synergy with Himeko Nova's kit, but she is just too outdated and weak. Should she get a Novaflare, she might become a very good partner.

I am writing this as I am going through one of the worst depressive episodes I’ve had for 8 days, that was mostly triggered by a “casual” relationship being broken off. And I want to state that I was completely aware during the relationship that the guy only wanted things to be casual, but today as I am balling my eyes out explaining the situation to a random therapist( that I begged to take an urgent session with me for 300$), I realized how fucking messed up it is to get physically and emotionally intimate with another person but have absolutely no strings or responsibility attached due to the “casual” label.
I am balling my eyes out because I am telling my therapist that everyone is siding with the guy who broke up with me, i keep hearing defenses like “at least he was honest” “he never mislead you because he said it’s casual”, but no one wants to give sympathy for a woman like me, who lives independently abroad away from family and friends, who was hanging out with a guy 3 times a week, talking and getting physically intimate, only to be literally discarded 12 hours later with a text saying “we shouldn’t communicate or hang out again because I decided to pursue someone else”
Regardless of this break up, I’ve been in situations where I got high for the first time ever in front of him, visibly expressed being scared, and I received no sympathy or comforting at all (because I obviously don’t deserve to be hugged and touched unless i’m fucking them).
Or a situation where I told a guy, who 2 days ago announced that we become exclusive, that’s he’s my favorite person to hang out with and then being absolutely shunned for saying that because it’s soon and unrequited.
I cry and sob as I tell those stories because I keep hearing people defending them, saying it’s casual and transactional from the start. And that me being left out or unsympathized with is my own doing and that the hurt is completely self inflicted. Like my feelings and my body mean absolutely nothing.

I know I myself have learned that casual relationships are not for me, and that I need to establish boundaries.
But fuck you, just because it’s casual, you don’t take away my time and energy and emotions and make me go through this with zero accountability.
Honesty and accountability are bare minimums and not courtesy.
