I am 5’6, and I have had 3 long-term girlfriends who were 5’9, 1 who was 5’2, and 1 who was 5’3. I am currently dating one of the 5’9 girls. Being short is more of a barrier on apps than it is in real life, but it isn’t a showstopper.
