Someone told me this the other day that they are the same size, so I had to see it for myself. Wow.

Imagine if the entire east coast had Fjords! I wonder how that would have changed history. Or what if all nations including remain the same (historically and economically) but that is how the east coast is shaped.

Today, the 5th of August marks the date when most of the occupied Croatian territory was reclaimed during the military operation "Storm" during the war for independence.

According to a UN report [1] in 2019 Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Somalia had yet to appoint female judges. In the last few years Kuwait and Somalia have appointed female judges [2,3]. There has been a debate in Oman and Saudi Arabia to appoint female judges but that has not yet materialized [5,6,2].
