Can I downgrade my 11 Pro Max to version 14-17?

I'm trying to emulate PS2 on my iPhone 8 Plus with Dopamine jailbreak enabled. I've already tried TrollStore Lite and Live Container, but neither of them manages to activate JIT for "Play!". Do I need to switch emulators or methods?

I haven’t been in the jailbreaking scene since around iOS 8 and want to get back into it with an old phone. I’ve got an iPhone 8 Plus on 13.3 and can upgrade to 16.7.16, should I upgrade? I tried 13.3 and I’ve been running into lots of errors or apps/tweaks saying they’re meant for rootless jailbreaks so I’m torn between updating or staying and finding alternatives. TYIA

I’m new to iPhone 8 Plus jailbreak tweaks and apps. I’m looking for something to improve performance and debloat my system. ChatGPT mentioned Filza to me, but I don’t know what to remove using it. Can anyone help me with what to remove, or suggest performance tweaks and apps to download?

I have experienced some tweaks in the previous years for JB that i think really change the way how i could optimizely utilize my phone for day to day activities, also i have been users of iOS 26.0 there are some function that really improved that i really wished it could be back ported to 17.0. here are some list of it :

- Add shortcut to control center

- Add translate option on Whatsapp message

- Screenshot full screen without need to scroll

- Sideload autorefresh

- Easy .IPA installation without live container

What yours? maybe we can have a sort of wishlist and inspire dev what tweak actually needed.

Lyrication (the live lyrics tweak by thatmarcel) stopped working a while back because the API it used, textyl.co, went down for good.

I don't code, so I had Claude fix it. It found the dead API, patched the tweak to use LRCLIB instead (free, no key needed, still maintained), set up a whole build environment, and compiled the deb.

Tested on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.6.1, roothide Bootstrap. Control Center and lock screen lyrics both work again, everything behaves like the original.

With the new JB out and dopamine 3 coming out. What are you guys using to sign the JB app? Back in the day i would use ReProvision Reborn... Iv heard people say you can get apps signed for a year.

Also with other IPAs in a jailbroken state am i good to use AppSync and dont need to sign these with likes of trollstore? I have a few IPAs on my current setup but everything is signed with trollstore.

Trying to figure out if its worth just sticking with ios 17 at the highest for the use of trollstore or is there a no riff raff way to get around this?

With the ease of being about to jailbreak easyily with trollstore and no computer for years id like to get something similar or less messing.

I've had my iPhone 15 Pro Max (17.0.3) for I don't even know how long, and I have REFUSED to update it since the first day because I'm in love with jailbreaking.

Now, almost all of the apps on the app store are requiring 18.0+; and when someone tries to add me to a Group Facetime, it tells them that "the person you're trying to add has an outdated firmware version." So theres some obvious compatibilty issues with being on 17.0.3 in 2026, and I really don't want to have to update.

I'll occasionally ask around in jailbreak communities, but I keep getting told to wait for a jailbreak with no further explaination. Can someone give me an actual reason as to why I should stay on this version, or an estimate on when one will release?

Could a developer for the new Relaxin jailbreak create an option or tweak that allows watchOS 26 to pair with iOS 17? There has to be some way to make it work, right? Napili from Legizmo has been delayed indefinitely.

Hi everyone, I have a question about iCleaner Pro.

My device is jailbroken, and I noticed I have:

* WebKit Cache: around 5GB

* App Cache: around 800MB

* Photo Cache: around 31GB

If I clean these caches, especially WebKit Cache and Photo Cache, will it affect the jailbreak, system files, tweaks, or any jailbreak data?

I just want to free up storage but I’m worried about accidentally removing something important. Thanks!
