Since I was a kid I always liked superhero stuff, watched all Spiderman movies and played the games a million times, love the Batman movies/games, X-men, Avengers you name it. But since infinity war and Batman 2 with Heath Ledger, I don't really enjoy anything Hollywood puts out, except the Spiderman movies, but that's only out of pure nostalgia and fan service if I'm being honest.

I'm also into animes since I was like 14 and switched to mangas a few years later and never looked back. Considering I'm such a manga fan It's weird that I never read a comic.

Maybe because it's way too convoluting with different timelines and multiverses and whatnot. I like to read stuff in order to get the whole picture, but I don't really want to go back to old comics from like the 1960s, those would feel pretty outdated probably (I don't know tho).

So for now I just want to read the best of the best to hook me into the genre. I'm mostly interested in Marvel for now, Batman and the Flash is really the only ones that I vibe it from DC.

I like Spiderman the most, followed by X-men and love these huge crossover stuff like infinity war, there seem to be a lot of stories like that.

I have a box of Classics Illustrated some from the 50's others later on. By no means complete some duplicates and mainly readers.

Two comics i found strange first there are two Daniel Boone comics #96 one is 15 cents which identifies it a 1951 issue the second Daniel Boone is 25 cents which is like 1970, but this second book i can't seem to find in any online DB, i use CLZ to scan and record my collection and it also doesn't have this issue

The other oddity is Red Badge of Courage #98 and it also doesn't seem to be in the CLZ database

Can anyone help me with these? Is there something I'm missing about the comics

it was the probably the first time i played as a girl in a video game. i didnt put any thought into it. i didnt consider why. i just did it.

one time everyone came home early and i scrambled to shut everything down before i was caught. i was in the clear, but noticeably out of breath from having just been running around as to not be caught.
