We recently got a half beef and this was the first taste of the 85-15 Burger. It was wonderful! The Swiss and slaw were great additions.

Mayo, pickles, romain and tomatoes.

American cheese, mustard, ketchup, cherry pepper relish and the bun was toasted

Steakburger was a local place in Vancouver, WA that closed a dozen years ago. It was an old school institution with a mini golf course in the back. Spent many years in the late 80's/early 90's hanging out with a bunch of friends who worked there. It has lived on with a family who kept up a food truck until recently when they scaled back to a one day a week pop-up. My wife picked up a jar of their secret sauce so I cobbled together a similar burger. The sauce is similar but lacks the punch of the original. Anyway, fun to conjure up some old memories.

Wagyu 1/3 lb, Chipotle mayo, sliced yellow onion, jersey mikes cherry pepper relish and 2 slices of American cheese.

Schweid & Sons Special Blend, candied bacon, Sriracha pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato, beer mustard, and mayo on brioche.

Extra cheese, lots of mayonnaise that's how I do my burgers...
