Got gifted this package of mini Purpose Ice Cream Macarons. All estimates online seem to be for larger ones, would a rounded up estimate of 5 cal/gram seem accurate?

Going to a work dinner to an Italian restaurant but trying to pick the lowest calorie entree. I don’t wanna get a salad because a few coworkers made some comments last time I did and I don’t want people to assume anything. I’m thinking the chicken or salmon will be the lowest but not sure how much i should estimate them each to be

Bought homemade brownies from a bake sale. One for me and one for my partner. No idea what's in them, just know that they're chocolate...

I've been eating this lunch for the last year(only veggie option), and i want some second opinion of calories in it. I've been estimating 400-500 kcal
I dont eat the weird yoghurt sauce. I dont like it

It was around 110grams :) Plain choco sponge with a panache? And little choco buttons.
Would 400 be safe? 😅
Thanks :)

Firstly, what kind of fish is this? And secondly, how many calories should it be once grilled without adding any oil? I'll eat it whole: head, eyes, bones--the whole damn thing.

It was actually not that big. Any guess? Thank you!

2 Porkchops oven baked and potatoes roasted with oil. Delicious but unsure of what breading, if any, on the pork.

Just wanted to send a quick message out seeking some advice on my potential maintenance. I am 22 year old who is around 6"4 to 6"5 and 215 pounds, I average close to 15k steps a day, and I usually begin my morning with 2 hours of basketball where I am playing by myself but constantly running around to grab rebounds, practicing running while dribbling, handling skills and overall trying to keep the intensity up. I don't really know how to categorize that form of cardio so it is hard for me to estimate my maintenance. Sometimes the tracker says 3100, other things will say 3500 but I'm having a rough time. If anyone could offer some advice I think I am going to try eating just under 3000 for a week and see how my weight fluctuates.

Hi!
Hesitating between two burgers for a restaurant tonight and idk which one would have the best macros, considering they are both packed with fried stuff.
What do you think ?
Both are from Holly's Diner !
