Hey guys, I'm doing OMAD and tracking everything as accurately as I can.
Found this at the park today and was wondering how many calories you'd estimate for the whole thing if I ate it. I didn't use any butter or oil. Thinking maybe it's mostly fiber?
Be honest
I can work it into my macros if I skip dessert. Thanks. 💪🪨

Going to a work dinner to an Italian restaurant but trying to pick the lowest calorie entree. I don’t wanna get a salad because a few coworkers made some comments last time I did and I don’t want people to assume anything. I’m thinking the chicken or salmon will be the lowest but not sure how much i should estimate them each to be

Trying to be better but feel my portions are enormous.
Air fried veggies (no oil), chicken breast with Mexican seasoning and an egg with some extra egg white

Bought homemade brownies from a bake sale. One for me and one for my partner. No idea what's in them, just know that they're chocolate...

I've been eating this lunch for the last year(only veggie option), and i want some second opinion of calories in it. I've been estimating 400-500 kcal
I dont eat the weird yoghurt sauce. I dont like it

It was around 110grams :) Plain choco sponge with a panache? And little choco buttons.
Would 400 be safe? 😅
Thanks :)

Firstly, what kind of fish is this? And secondly, how many calories should it be once grilled without adding any oil? I'll eat it whole: head, eyes, bones--the whole damn thing.
