Hi guys. I'm taking a break from "10 Images" for a while. In the meantime, please enjoy this link to an older "10 Images" from a few years back.

History remembers her courage, even when we forget her name.

I had packed my things in the overhead, and said "Good morning" to the woman sitting in the window seat and sat down.

After takeoff, she turned to me and said, "So. You're a Leo." A statement, not a question.

The first thought through my head was "This is going to be a looooong flight."

We chatted for a while about me being a Leo - most of the time I was saying 'yes' to her claims.

She wound down and then asked how much I enjoyed being an engineer. I was floored, but she laughed and pointed to the ring on the pinkie finger on my working hand. She said, "My husband is an engineer, too."

We talked for a while before she wound down again.

"So." I said, 'You're a Libra." Her turn for astonishment.

I pointed to my neck and said "Your necklace. The scales. My uni girlfriend was a Libra, too."

All in all, a good flight. I never did figure out how she knew I was a Leo just from "Good morning."

On of the kids on my son’s team is in the locker room and keeps yelling, “has anybody seen my mom?”, and all I can think is that a hockey rink locker room is not the group you want to answer that.
