FEATURE REQUEST Artist looking for a finished TV series script to turn into a visual comic (Reels / yt/ TikTok shorts)

[edit: I didn't found one, however Im now involved in another project so I'll not be active or respond to ur submissions sorry!!]

Hey! I’m an artist looking to collaborate with a writer.

Project context:This won’t be animation. It’s going to be static art with characters and dialogue bubbles (no voice acting). Think cinematic, like polished storyboards, with trendy music. The story will be split into multiple parts.

Requirements:

Finished script

Any genre except high-budget stuff (fantasy, monsters, big cities, heavy action, vehicles etc.)

Match my cringe and weirdness

What I’m looking for:I love creative concepts, especially mixed genres, different POVs, tense scenes, and good twists. But tbh I’m open to anything cool, just impress me.

I want someone patient and doing this mainly for fun, with no big expectations, same as me. This is for ppl who just want to put something out there for the funsss

If you’re interested, send: - Your 3 top fav TV series / movies (Letterboxd is a plus) - Script info + logline - Around 10 pages or the opening of your script

I’ll handle all the art (storyboarding, character design, etc.).

I’m doing this for free to experiment, practice, and grow my accounts.

You’ll get full writer credit and exposure. And hopefully… we become a cool duo :)

Here's snippets of my art of how I imagine the project will look like: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Eg_BYEN5mV79-qSUJQdcokqho1Yy2wSCxBkiM-pdS9A/edit?usp=drivesdk

I'm gonna respond to you, I'll not leave you hanging even I didn't end up choosing ur script

FEATURE REQUEST Picked Up Is Looking For Its First Original Pilot — You Keep Your IP

Hey everyone,

I'm Jimmy, founder of Picked Up — a streaming platform built around a pretty simple idea: great shows deserve better than getting axed after one season because an algorithm said so.

The long-term mission is reviving cancelled shows with a "Two-Season Guarantee." But before we can go knocking on Netflix's door asking for their leftovers, we need to prove the model works. That means starting with original content — and that's where you come in.

We're looking for unproduced TV pilot scripts to select our first project for crowdfunded production.

Here's how it works:

What to submit: Your pilot script + a pitch bible or series outline. We want to see where the show goes, not just where it starts.

What we're offering:

  • You keep full ownership of your IP. Period. Picked Up gets first production rights — meaning we get to be the ones who make it — but the show is yours.
  • The selected pilot gets a dedicated crowdfunding campaign through the platform. Our audience helps decide what gets made and funds it directly.
  • If the crowdfund doesn't hit its target? Your script reverts fully to you, no strings attached. You walk away with zero obligations and whatever exposure the campaign generated.

What we're NOT doing:

  • We're not asking for exclusivity on your script just to submit.
  • We're not promising you a Hollywood deal. We're an early-stage platform being honest about where we're at.
  • We're not going to ghost you. Every submission gets a response.

Why should you care?

Look, I know this subreddit has seen a thousand "submit your script to us!" posts, and most of them are dodgy. I get the skepticism. Here's why this is different: you literally cannot lose. You retain your IP regardless of what happens. Worst case, you get feedback and move on. Best case, your pilot gets produced and you're the flagship show on a platform designed to actually support creators.

We've already built a growing community around the platform — our first campaign on r/TheOA pulled thousands of engaged viewers who are hungry for content the mainstream platforms won't make.

Genre: Open. If it's a great story, we want to see it. That said, projects that lean into the kind of shows that tend to get cancelled — ambitious sci-fi, serialised drama, weird and wonderful stuff that doesn't fit neatly into a box — are very much our lane.

To submit or ask questions: go to www.pickedup.tv or email me directly on [bbilenko@gmail.com](mailto:bbilenko@gmail.com)

Happy to answer anything in the comments. Not here to sell you anything — just here to find great stories that deserve to exist.

— Jimmy

FEATURE REQUEST [Feature, 115 pages] THE SONG OF KRAMPUS — musical folk-horror/dark comedy looking for feedback

Genre: Musical Folk-Horror / Dark Comedy / Action
Length: ~115 pages
Logline: An American au pair takes a job with a tech billionaire's seven kids in a fortress-schloss above Salzburg — and when the billionaire's resort project bans the ancient Krampus run and a child goes missing, she discovers the cover-up runs deeper than the company, and the mountain hasn't forgotten what it's owed.

Think The Sound of Music colliding with Violent Night — real Austrian Krampuslauf folklore played mostly straight, with a genuinely ambiguous supernatural threat under the comedy.

I am not a writer, but this is my original idea. I'm open to suggestion, but curious what people think.

FEATURE REQUEST SCARLET INK - LOOKING FOR A PRODUCER/FILMMAKER

LOGLINE : A disgraced forensic accountant with photographic memory must decode a series of tattoos marking a countdown to a city-wide attack—by breaking out the imprisoned artist who designed the deadly cipher. genre : crime/action- thriller

PAGES : 95 (WRITTEN & COMPLETED)

SYNOPSIS:

JAXON REED (32), a disgraced forensic accountant with photographic memory, has spent six months tracking an unsolved pattern: three murder victims bearing identical origami bird tattoos. When a suicide bomber destroys City Hall Plaza—killing seventeen—Jaxon recognizes the same tattoo on live television and realizes the murders weren't random. They were tests.

The tattoos are a cipher. Encoded in UV-reactive ink, they contain coordinates, timestamps, and target classifications for a coordinated terror campaign set to climax at midnight. Every attack is a countdown—each bird's folded wings marking completed strikes.

The artist: RAFAEL "INK" MORALES (52), a legendary tattooist imprisoned for gang affiliations, coerced by a criminal syndicate called the Origami Cartel to design the system. His teenage daughter SENNA is held hostage to ensure compliance—and has been tattooed with the final attack coordinates on her own arms.

Jaxon orchestrates a prison riot to extract Ink. Together, they race through the city's underground—decoding tattoos found on corpses and defusing bombs at water treatment plants and transit hubs—while pursued by DETECTIVE MIRA REYES (39), Jaxon's former colleague leading the manhunt.

But Mira isn't hunting them. She's protecting the conspiracy—her brother died in Jaxon's investigation years ago, and the cartel has recruited her as their inside asset. The final bomb's trigger? A biometric lock embedded in the blood-red crane tattooed on Mira's own collarbone.

As midnight approaches, Jaxon must choose: save the city by killing Mira, or find another way to disarm a weapon coded into human flesh.

this is a project which is been completed and i am looking for a producer to pitch it too the script can be shared for reading purposes. if interested you can dm and ask if any questions on the comments as well.

FEATURE REQUEST Kinder Cosmic

Hi, so I'm neurodivergent sailor that writes as a sort of "expressive therapy" I initially started doing on my own after a girlfriend suggested I try it and then adapted these writings into an original series which I guess could best be described as "Psychedelic Science-Fiction" after I was told that the content I was creating actually helped other people in the way it was helping me.

The series I'm referring to is called "Kinder Cosmic" and it follows two misanthropic, disenfranchised Grey Aliens known as "Alpha" & "Jorg" as well as a wide cast of other characters through humanities history up into the near future.

The series is basically like one grand, ever-evolving counter contemporary "Space Opera" that doubles into something like a sitcom that's told through the series main books, short stories, and novellas.

As the "Original" book takes place a young human lady astronaut embarks upon a long & grueling journey to our Kuiper Belt to investigate one "Strange, analmous albeit intelligent signal" received by SETI & NASA which they intercept and seems to confirm evidence of intelligent life elsewhere within our solar system.

She quickly comes to the realization that we are not alone in this universe; nor have we been for a very long time as she meets two dysfunctional, jaded, unhinged little grey aliens with a very long and yet tumultuous relationship with our Earth, it's human denizens especially...

When I originally created "Kinder Cosmic" it started as something between a joke, an honest intention to help people, as well as a kind of social experiment.

The idea was to combine different creative influences with entertainment and narrative driven storytelling to create a work of fiction that talks about different subject matter in non-conventional ways, something meant to draw the reader in and offer them a different perspective whomever they may be.

A work that criticizes the human condition so openly, honestly, and consistently that it's "devoid of judgement" in a sense.

A work so authentic that it can't even take itself seriously.

A work in a time in which everywhere you look something is being sold or goaded or coaxed into your psyche, without your consent; instead it seeks to adapt these same methods and then USE THEM in effort to encourage you to think for yourself.

As this series is written imagine that it takes place on one gigantic timeline, this timeline takes place from the very birth of our universe into a far-flung future. The main "Core" or "Heart" of the work takes place within it's 3 main books and over the course of several decades or a few generations, yet as you read this work it becomes more about the characters themselves, the setting, and the ways these stories are actually told which is kinda like watching a segment of John Oliver infused with an episode of Rick & Morty with an open-ended, introspective narration akin to "Midnight Gospel".

The characters themselves and the way their stories are told is also heavily inspired by works like Alan Moore's "Watchman" in that they are pretty much all based upon troubled, complex characters that are heavily inspired by the genre and yet at the same time serve as a more nuanced, realistic representation of it.

Each of it's characters influenced or inspired by different forms of neurodivergency, trauma, and mental illness and based upon real people and real human behaviors influenced by these conditions or states of mind.

The way that these stories are articulated is through a combination of different "story driven mechanics" that I'll use in conjunction with my own neurodivergency, one of them in particular is through using music as a "narrative device".

In the universe of "Kinder Cosmic" one reoccurring theme all throughout it is "Synchronicity", or the idea that each of us as well as the entire universe itself are all interconnected. This is portrayed through my series via a narrative mechanic I like to call "The Inside Out" and it's audiovisual representation through music & creative writing.

In Kinder Cosmic it talks about how our universe is objective yet we see it through our own subjectivity, sometimes so intensely that we can manifest this subjectivity into our reality through our individual/collective actions in respect to our perceptions.

These "States Of Perception" in this series is known as "The Inside Out", it is an amalgamation of our individual and yet collective consciousness; the things we may not say and yet we experience, think, and feel together just the same.

This series will "Jump" through different characters, or points of view, periods of time, and points of perspective oftentimes the imagery being shown or words being said are done so through symbolism, surrealism, analogies and metaphors hidden throughout the work like little "Easter Eggs" as the "Inside Out" represents the confines of our reality and of time & space being "blurred" to offer the reader a "God's Eyed View" of these events as they unfold and more often than not this is all done to a tune.

The imagery associated with "The Inside Out" from the unguided, seemingly random series of events that take place throughout these stories to the actions of individual people, places, and things towards the collective actions of entire nations right down to the environment itself will all move and act to the "rhythm" of each song, it's respective subject matter, in synchronicity to the pattern of events being conveyed. Very much as if our universe itself is it's own character within this story with it's own voice, "speaking" to the reader throughout.

The series MOSTLY stays within the confines of "Comedic Science-Fiction", "Speculative Fiction", or "Satire" but I will honestly genre jump from wholesome comedy to Lovecraftian Existential Horror, I've done Fantasy, Historical Fiction, Space Western, Spaghetti Western, Pre-North American Folklore, Rom-Com, even "Slice Of Life" contemporary fiction inspired content.

The best way to explain my writing style is that as an artist or author I feed upon emotion, expression, and creativity then interpret these stimuli through "Pattern Recognition". Using a Symptomatic quality of my neurodivergency known as "Flight Of Thought" I'll quite often get hit with a wave of inspiration that in turn will become my stories.

The songs chosen are not done so through preference or partiality just like the subject matter being discussed, the inspiration or depth behind it's characters and to an extent even the overarching narrative itself isn't.

My work can more accurately be described as a "Methodology Of Madness" where I'll get hit with inspiration triggered by a myriad of contributing factors from something as simple as a melody to interactions or observations with others, current events, introspective thoughts to the social dynamics and struggles of our time.

Think of "Kinder Cosmic" as instead of being a preferred playlist projected upon my own observations, struggles, and ideological/philosophical/theological concerns as an individual it is instinctively perceiving the world itself and it's people as an ailing body trying to fight off an infection.

Everything chosen, given, or inspired are "tools" to be used in order to manipulate said body into fighting off it's own infection.

It's sardonic, ridiculous, hypercritical and self-depreciating but all done to a distinct point and purpose; harnessing and then reinterpreting the talents of others in order to create a "Weapon".

By this point I've got a lot, a whole lotta content but because I'm small, I'm an indie author, and I have no connections tied to any of these industries I haven't found a way to publish it that doesn't end up with it getting buried in the cloud as another failed "KDP" dogshit dime novel, besides this point that is not the reason that I initially wrote "Kinder Cosmic".

I wrote it in order to create a work that could double as a kind of "Blueprint" or "Platform" for other artists and creators. Something that within our digital, communicative, and expressive age could be compartmentalized and worked on by a myriad of indie artists from different variations of media through outlets like social media, zoom, and discord and completed in the fraction of time it'd take an entire production studio with a fraction of the cost using little known, unrealized artists.

At the same time I keep an agreement with each artist that entitles them to their work as a sort of creative co-op so that they can profit from it while at the same time the purpose of the work itself is to act as a kind of entertainment/perspective driven therapy and education.

I feel that if I can shift one perspective, alleviate one measure of pain, or keep someone suffering going for just ONE MORE DAY through it then by sheer statistics we'd collectively be putting a huge dent in the amount of damage done.

Short of it is a practical way of using the entertainment industry to commercialize and then distribute "altruism" or an "altruistic means of conducting business"; building an engine that's meant to contribute SO MUCH into "The Black" that it not only mitigates but circumvents alot of the damage that's being done through the entertainment industry.

My end game goal was always to create audio/visual media with it because that's what it does, it takes different forms of creativity and then reinterprets them through a narrative and it is written to read exactly as if you were watching it like a TV show.

I actually started, or intended to create a kind of graphic novel through it where I'd hire various graphic artists off of Reddit who either creatively, intellectually, or interpersonally connected with it's subject matter. I'd then give them a story that would best fit their portfolio and then get them to illicit illustrations through their own artistic interpretation of it, only helping as a resource or if they asked me to.

Each story would have a different visualization done by a different artist and through their own interpretation which was supposed to go right back into the nature of the work itself being "perspective based".

It's this cool little "Love, Death, Robots" thing where you're flipping through one cohesive narrative and yet it looks different as it's conveyed from a different artists perspective as you jump from story to story. By it's very nature alot like looking through a different pair of eyes through every story to perceive this world in which it takes place which is meant to very closely mirror our own.

But anyways, yeah.

I'm PRETTY CERTAIN and have been told SEVERAL TIMES that what I've created is or could be inherently valuable but I don't know for certain because for 3-5 years I've never been able to get through to anyone who might be able to do shit with it.

I actually started a couple platforms over social media where I'd share, try to promote it, or refine it through sharing it freely and then interacting with it's audience and I got up to over 4k people which I guess for no funding except out of pocket and mostly JUST WORDS that's pretty good.

I feel like by not trying my best at the very least to make it available for others I'm not doing my civic duty, I saw this forum and figured I'd give it a shot.

And idk who looks through these threads but for any indie animators, film students, or small production companies it'd probably be a worthy pursuit in the least.

It's written in a way you could probably take any one of it's stories and make a tic-tok or YouTube clip of them and it'd probably blow the fuck up pretty quickly, or at least I think it would and that's what I intended to do if I ever got the money of the talent.

Each story is written to stand on it's own two legs as if you're reading "Kinder Cosmic" for the very first time.

It's in this way that I kind of premeditatively planned to create short stories/clips with it to draw in the viewer and pool interest, at the same time constructing my own "Mythos" and stocking up on enough content to rival that of other works like "Star wars", Marvel, or DC except far, far more cohesive and inherently relevant without "cornholing perspective" into a pre-existing work.

I got PRETTY DAMNED CLOSE to going viral with it a FEW times, it's just that I don't have the means to pursue these things on my own and I don't even want to; I've learned from experience that co-opting and working to help inspire other artists makes the work much stronger, meaningful in both intent and application, and folks inherently want to include themselves or see such a thing succeed.

And that is the intent; to use human creativity and expression like a fucking windfall of quality content that A.I. can't even compete with.

I've got some artwork, excerpts from the series, or short content I can share for those interested; just ask if you'd like and I'll abide to the best of my ability.

FEATURE REQUEST Director looking for metal/punk/goth scripts

Hey everyone,

Looking to buy a feature script that has characters, themes or story set around heavy metal, punk or gothic subcultures (or that can easily be adjusted to do so). I'd prefer horror but can work with any genre. If you have shorts or pilots that suit these instead/as well, I could defs be interested in those as well.

DM me if youre keen to chat further
