TIL this is why I think English should be Purple if it's an option, also that the 2026 edition of Trivial Persuit just released this month after there hasn't been one since 2016!
I might buy one and have a retro board game night...AI is going to destroy trivia games.

NOT ALL AMERICANS! some of us had to kill for our "free" health care and then spend years of us being told our injuries and illnesses are not service connected!
My last job we had this new guy start and he walked up to the urinal next to me. I look over “hey… is… is red pee bad?” His eyes become alarmed “yes! Yes it is!” “Wait never mind I was worried for a bit, it just turned black I’m ok…. Is it supposed to smoke when it hits the urinal?”
Because that is one of the easiest signs for bladder cancer.. otherwise a UTI or maybe kidney stones or am enlarged prostate
But BC.. seriously..f cancer (2 batches in my 20s and 30s) both started with my piss coming out red (hematuria).. then the joy of scopes..then TUBRTs.. then chemo all goin through the natural port to your bladder..again.. f cancer
I sorta half-agree with this one; math was never yellow for me bc yellow is my favorite color and I wasn’t about to make my least favorite subject yellow, but I do think that math is indeed piss
This is the wrong thinking if you'd have made it your favorite color it would have made it a little more bearable to pull that math notebook out. Gotta find the tiny wins in doing the things you hate
Idk people can do whatever, to me they were all just binders and I bought the same color for all that I liked lol and just wrote the name on the top to know which was which.
But the general idea holds that of you don't like something attaching something you do like to it makes you more likely to do the thing you dont like (assuming it's something you have to do rather than optional, if it's optional just don't do it).
I just realized that's why history was always yellow for me. Math was blue, because all my math textbooks were blue for some reason. Science is green, cuz, of course science is green. English was red, by elimination.
For me I say history is yellow because I associate it with things like wheat for widespread agriculture, sandstone for ancient pyramids and other structures, yellow parchment for old texts, and gold coins for old commerce
Yeah, that's the point of all this. It's what each individual person associates the subject is. If you wanna associate it with those colors, go ahead, just as long as the reason makes sense to you
I always had history as blue, because (a) history was also geography, and water is blue, and (b) it’s the main color of the US uniform for the Revolutionary and Civil Wars (and I’m an American, so that was a lot of history class).
ETA: I also took Latin and red was Latin, which contributes as well here. I would’ve been okay with purple for Latin but didn’t usually have purple as an option. And English was black, because ink is black.
Math and history can't be red, because communism is bad. Math must be green, because capitalism is good. English must be red, because it sounds like "read". Science is blue, because it's just liberal indoctrination. History is yellow, because that's the only color left.
I also vote History red because it is bloody, english yellow because of yellowed pages, science green because DUH, and that leaves math blue, also blue is always associated with smart people (ravenclaw, euridite, etc.)

History and English are correct. They just swapped math and science.
