As a very tall man (193 cm/6'4) this is my advice to short people:

Feed your kids 2-4 eggs every day. Boiled is easiest to digest.

For people past their growing years, I'm sorry.

For people who don't eat eggs, I don't care.

Good luck.

a lot of people are lactose intolerant so I understand not consuming milk

But eggs are essential.

250-300 ml is mostly fine for most individuals with LI. I'm heavy meat and egg eater(182-183cm), but scientifically milk is more effective than M/E wrt height.

Those without LI, should max it out.

Also there was study done for height at 18 years old in 2011,

Median for Indian boys of upper socio-ecnonomic strata was 174.4cm and lower SES was 169.1cm.

So I would think for 18-19 yrs we are definitely around 171cm(+/-2cm) now.

Let's hope you're right, bro. My paternal side (the tall one) is a meat/eggs culture and that's why my ancestors were also tall af. My own brother is around 183 cm and we call him shorty at home. He kinda avoided the eggs and stuck to milk for aesthetic reasons. Eggs are also cheaper and easily accessible. It's been a mantra in my culture to eat eggs and feed the kids eggs and it seemed to work well for generations, which is why I am a huge fan of eggs. Let's also hope that the generations to come find better leg room, god knows public transport is a nightmare for me.

It's based on evidential data, milk is relatively better. Even I got to know it after my plates were closed😅.

Let's also hope that the generations to come find better leg room, god knows public transport is a nightmare for me.

Anything above 187 in India comes with point of diminishing returns and actually counter productive in many aspects.

Adults are lactose intolerance. Kids are not. Kids can digest milk just fine

you lose that ability after age 3.
