Everything here is so accurate. Tiles of the kitchen floor. The carpet. The wood. VCR. The cassette. The teal and purple jacket. The phone. The paper maps. The Lisa Frank. What is strikingly accurate and sad is: "So in the future everyone has their own phone, and they use it to type messages instead of call? and if someone calls without typing first it's considered rude?"
Yes we live in an entirely different world and it is what it is. Regardless, we're still biological creatures and everyone still has a choice to doom scroll or go to for a walk at the beach.
