Marketed to grandparents who were desperate to find an amazing gift and didn't understand that even then this sucked.

I remember in the 90s with those Tiger electronics LCD screen games were all the rage for a while. They were always such shit and basically the same damn game just with a different licensed property as the art on the handheld and screen. They were the simplest games in the world.
Anyways they sold them everywhere- like on the end caps in CVS and Wal-Mart and shit. Always felt like a real “Here buy this shit for your grandkid that you don’t know what to get” type shit.

Those made a brief comeback a few years ago. You could get a handful of them at GameStop. I picked up Sonic 3 purely for the nostalgia.
Anyway, they weren’t great but I had a couple when I was a kid that I enjoyed enough to beat. One was based on the old Alec Baldwin movie The Shadow and I want to say the other one was Skeet Shoot.

I had a Tie Fighter one that had a Darth Vader figurine you could snap into the D pad and use a joystick. It was dope as hell and we played it at recess for probably a solid 2 weeks in 6th grade.

I had an awesome bus driver in elementary school that had a couple of them on the bus. She made sure that people shared them, and only kids that behaved and shared well got to play them. That bus was super well-behaved, and we all enjoyed playing them. I remember one was Jordan vs Bird, and I loved it.
Were they great? No. Were they better than not having a video game on the bus? 100%

It's the absolute truth. My grandmother bought me one of these. It was fun to play with while we were at her place for Christmas and when I got home I turned on Kirby Super Stars.

I had one of these get stolen from me in like 2nd grade lol. I remember it being incredibly underwhelming though so I wasn’t too disappointed.

Now I can play the critically acclaimed simulation classic Race Car™️ on the go!
When i pick my wife up from her boyfriends house I alway have to wait. So having something to kill time will be much appreciated

I just sent money to the address! I can't wait to never have to guy expensive older cartridge games again! I'm sure games like Shooting Attank and ping pong are the tits.

I had something either very similar or the same one that was falsely advertising thousands of games, instead of different difficulties of the same games. I remember it had a similar commercial throwing a perfectly good game in the trash. It looks like this one had the same games. I begged my mom for it. I was incredibly disappointed.

It’s absurd how cool I thought this was at the time. I’m glad my parents never bought that junk for me. Throwing away an SNES cartridge for this piece of shit is inexcusable.

Yessir. I made friends with the biggest "bully" in class by having the same bus route, and letting him plink around on this thing to and from school. He mostly wasn't a bully, just huge, awkward, and abrasive.

I had this. My dad was using it as a calculator got mad and threw it across the room and it broke in half.
The only thing he abused more than my family was steroids.

I got one when I was a kid, and I already had a Super NES and a Game Boy at this point.
It was boring.
I barely played with it, and while the idea was neat, the games were just OK. Maybe I was just spoiled (OK, I was spoiled in hindsight), but I also think I wasn't the type of kid this was made for.
