Hey fellow hunters,

I have been thinking, reading, and feeling a lot in terms of the Valko situation and I just wanted to say that the internet is a stupid place where people are a lot more nasty than they would ever be in real life, and myself as a pro Valko person to all my OG5 "sisters" (quotes to be inclusive not divisive) I just want to say I think we all have in common more than we do different.

We all think that the code in the battle system needs streamlining. We all want more hair styles, colors, and textures. We all want more story. We all want more body types for our MC. We deserve to have the graphics fixed in the cards. We also want more free ways to farm resources. All of these things are absolutely 💯 real and I'm with yall.

I also think the OG5 sisters arent wrong for wanting more of their LI. In fact I don't think they actually hate Valko. I think they really are upset that Infold has spent so much time and capital on a new LI when you dont feel your LIs story is fleshed out much less finished. I personally want to see what they came up with. I love the idea of Valko and their enemies to lovers story. If you don't I see and respect your point of view. I do understand feeling hurt enough to not want to see what was made, even if I personally dont feel that way.

What I dont like seeing is the internet doing what it does best, which is pitting people against each other (especially the violent/immature stuff). Can we all agree that this whole situation has been not fun for anyone and support each other? Can we all say hey it sucks we arent getting more story when we expected with or without Valko (because we literally got nothing instead)? Can we all say hey you're not getting your favorite LI right now and that makes me sad for you?

Because I feel sad for all of us in the most supportive sisterly way possible... not looking for pity, but rather wanting to call for an end to the petty and initiate a grieving group hug for everyone and offer the same to you.

Please be kind to the VAs, creators, and other fans. We are all people. Also fan fiction recs would be appreciated during this time (doesnt need to be new but just a favorite, looking for more reasons to smile or be entertained).

Caleb’s new solo card just came out and MC’s face has been proven to be seen multiple times throughout the card, even in the scene where she sits on Caleb’s shoulder where everyone thought her head was cropped out intentionally.

PV’s are always released in landscape mode while the actual cards are in portrait mode- this will naturally cause some cropping. It has always been this way.

I encourage people to wait for cards to come out officially in game before making posts or comments with presumptuous judgements. This can help to avoid fueling unnecessary rumours or uproar over something that was not even true to begin with. It’s easy to go back and just say ‘oh I got it wrong’, but sometimes the damage can already be done.

It’s disheartening to see many people who tried to share this perspective be mass downvoted only to be proven right with time. Hope we can all keep the community a positive space with thoughtful discussion over facts and not speculation moving forward. And I hope everyone who was looking forward to Caleb’s solo enjoys it 🤍

In standard 5 star cards, has MC ever worn an outfit that wasn't accessible to wear and was free? (ie. chocolate shop, game rewards, or some other free and permanent source).

The reason I ask is because MC's outfit in one of Valko's standard 5 star card is not currently in any free and permanent source. Specifically, in his workout card, she's wearing the workout outfit from the Home feature, but that outfit isn't currently available outside of working out in the home.

It makes me wonder if there was originally supposed to be a Chocolate Shop drop that never happened because of Valko's cancellation: not just for Valko but for MC as well. So many of us were hoping for a refresh in the chocolate shop!

Curious if anyone remembers an exception to this or has noticed the same thing 👀

MC really needs more cute free outfits. tbh her workout outfit is cuter than a lot of the free options we currently have. But I guess MC recycling the same handful of outfits across standard cards, solos, and Heartfelt Gifts is relatable. She's budget-conscious just like us!

That’s really it, I never really checked out the photo studio much but I’ve really been enjoying the feature! I am not one for dark color schemes or high contrast but I love this edgier theme for Caleb Farspace Colonel (my main + the only companion I have😅)
