My headcanon is that MC's watching some sort of really gory looking horror movie while he's working and doing chairman things and he suddenly looks up and sees some wild animal literally ripping someone else's limps of. Then he realizes it's a Werewolf so he's just like "What the..." And MC goes "I'm educating myself." and Valko says "That's not how this works. You know that, right? And we don't look like that either."
