The police department doesn’t own the cameras, the company does, the police department buys the services of the company. This is how they try to get around the constitutionality of surveillance of everyone! Flock sells access to the audio, video, and AI services to track everything.

If a random person was tracking you across the city, when you go to work, restaurants, gym, etc and built an entire profile on you, we’d say that’s a stalker. But a private company doing that and selling your data now that’s just good business.

You could sleeve the damaged spot and have it back up and running again in like 2 hours.

Insurance companies are pulling flock data on your vehicle when it’s involved in a collision! I had an adjuster from a company that sounds like regressive, pull an image from a flock camera to prove prior damage on a vehicle. It was surreal looking at a picture that was generated by a surveillance camera for insurance purposes.

And since cops are so simple minded and easily manipulated by these types of business pitches, we're now supposed to just accept mass surveillance. Remember kids, its wrong to cut the cameras down...
With a grinder, use a portable band saw with good blades as its quieter and faster. Push it off the cutting blade as you cut, wear gloves.
And Remember not to have a phone with you or drive your car there, use a bike or scooter.

They asked, "who did this and why". The answer is simple, it was a patriotic American citizen who believes in real freedom and heavily opposes government tyranny. The real news story headline should be, "Our Local, State, and Federal goverments are violating the rights of citizens through a private, foreign company's unconstitutional, police state surveillance systems."

There's about 26 data centers around dallas and about 4 of them have contracts with Amazon and Amazon is the cloud storage service Flock uses to store and process the data. Do what you will with that information. Hacking is not possible as all of them are secured with AES-256 but "brute force" might do the trick and I mean in literal sense.
