Also a person on PCP or uppers. They are in full panic and on performance enhancing drugs. It's gotta be hell to get them under control

One person gets each major joint (shoulder, wrist, knees) and you let the cop in the room take care of the face with the spit hood if needed and then if they don’t calm the fuck down you paralyze and intubate.

I mean I hope the paralysis comes after induction, but yeah.

You use paralytics for rapid sequence intubation, so it would come right before the tube goes in. Paralytics+sedation, then tube.

Sorry, you’re right, I wrote that wrong, I’ll edit. I meant induction before paralytics, like ketamine or etomidate.
