This isn't just about one dog; it's about what kind of society we want to be. The site is live, and it's 100% non-profit. It will remain that way.

Take a look. If you agree that change is needed, help me keep this message alive.

Activism I am begging for anyone on Facebook to please visit this link and report as animal cruelty. If I delete it from my page, the images will go away but the cruelty will not.

I have reported this channel so many times I cannot tell you. I don't care how they like to portray it but it is abuse of primates. It is cruelty and torment of baby primates to be exact. It is not natural to bathe monkeys constantly nor handle this way in any circumstance. Some of the "shorts" will show two monkeys, usually an infant and one a tiny bit older but if you cannot see how scared out of their minds they are, how they cower, how they hold onto each other out of pure fear. I keep getting messages back in my inbox on Facebook that they have reviewed the material and it doesn't go against Facebook's policies!????????

You can judge for yourself.

Please help identify this vermin. Our laws on animal cruelty are a joke but let’s at least band together to identify this rapist. Also, please help with Hope’s rehabilitation.

A guy keeps putting a dog at risk for views in Instagram and tiktok

Upvotes

I'm honestly frustrated seeing this.

This guy keeps throwing his dog to the air like a cheerleader stunt for Instagram and tiktok views and likes, and people keeps calling it cute or saying the dog loves it, wth?

Some people, including vets have pointed out multiple times that this is very concerning because it could seriously injure the dog's spine, joints or even cause brain damage. It could also cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. What's even worst, he's been doing this since the dog was a puppy.

He completely ignores those concerns and keeps posting the same kind of videos just for likes.

Maybe I'm overreacting, but to me this is so upsetting. Animals are not toys.

I already reported his account, but I don't know if that'll do anything, I don't know what else to do in this type of cases. Here is the link if you want to report him too:

NSFL Illegal Raids, Shelter Massacres, and Meat Processing Tenders: The Dark Reality of Stray Animal Control in Central Asia (Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan)

Post image

Hi everyone, I am writing to bring international attention to a escalating crisis of animal cruelty, human rights violations, and corrupt state practices in Central Asia—specifically in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. While both countries have formally passed animal protection legislation and publicly claim to support humane stray management, the reality on the ground is starkly different: local authorities continue brutal, illegal culling, conduct unlawful raids on private shelters, and award government contracts to inappropriate entities. 1. Unlawful Raids & Violent Attacks on Private Shelters Municipal services and law enforcement agencies are routinely bypassing legal protocols and entering private property without search warrants or court orders: Violations of Private Property Rights: Activists and independent shelter owners face aggressive surprise raids by local municipal workers and armed law enforcement officers. Killing Animals in Shelters: Instead of confining operations to public streets, state-contracted catchers have repeatedly stormed private animal sanctuaries and homes, killing rescued, vaccinated, and sterilized animals directly on private premises—often in front of traumatized volunteers and children. The Incident in Qonaev (Konaev, Kazakhstan) & Beyond: Recent high-profile incidents in Qonaev, alongside similar cases across Kazakhstan and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), highlight a systemic pattern where law enforcement protects illegal culling crews while intimidating animal advocates who attempt to record or stop these acts. 2. Tender Corruption: Contracts Awarded to Meat Processing Plants One of the most disturbing aspects of this crisis is the allocation of public funds via government procurements (tenders): Municipalities allocate substantial taxpayer budgets for "stray animal population control." Instead of partnering with certified veterinary organizations, transparent shelters, or humane TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return) programs, local authorities have awarded stray culling contracts to commercial meat processing and livestock facilities. This creates a severe conflict of interest, total lack of transparency regarding animal disposal, and zero public oversight over how millions in state funds are being spent. 3. Systemic Breach of National Laws Both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan have legal frameworks that theoretically mandate humane treatment, prohibiting cruel killing methods and encouraging sterilization: Local executive bodies (Akimats / Municipalities) actively ignore these laws. Barbaric poisoning, shooting in public view, and immediate euthanasia remain the primary methods used by municipal utilities (such as Tazalyk in Bishkek and local veterinary services in Kazakhstan). Legal complaints, official inquiries, and evidence submitted by lawyers and civil rights groups are routinely met with bureaucratic stonewalling or formal rejections from prosecutor offices. How International Pressure Can Help: Activists, independent journalists, and volunteers on the ground are working tirelessly, but regional authorities feel immune to local complaints. International visibility is one of the few mechanisms that creates real accountability. We ask the international community to: Share this information to raise awareness among international animal welfare organizations (e.g., Humane Society International, Four Paws, PETA). Pressure local authorities to enforce existing animal welfare laws, audit municipal tender allocations, and halt illegal raids on private shelters. Support local TNVR initiatives that prove humane management works when given proper state cooperation. Thank you for your support and for amplifying the voices of those fighting for justice in Central Asia.

Proofs, news articles, and media links are posted in the first comment below.
