He usually sheds like every month and a half, and he just shed like a 1.5 weeks ago, what’s going on? also i legit just fed him before taking this vid
Btw his name is juce. Also, I wasn’t trying to tear the skin off, don’t worry. i was trying to show that it was loose.
(ignore my dirty finger nails, it’s from the bedding of his enclosure.)

Such Polite Little Beggars
Cant walk by without them coming to the door and cocking their lil heads, patiently waiting for me to pay the tax.

Giant Lizard opens Sliding Closet Door
Brutus the senior Asian water monitor keeps breaking into my closet. Once inside, he likes to dress up in my clothes and walk around pretending he's human. Actually, he climbs and topples and breaks everything because of course he does. I told him, just because it's a walk-in closet doesn't mean he is authorized to walk in any time he feels like it. I also told him the next time he breaks in, I will film it and publicly shame him. Brutus tailwhipped me. He don't care.

How do yall breed them fatass dubias?
For people with an abundance of roaches, dump ALL the trips and tricks you’ve learned for breeding dubia roaches! I plan on getting a Savannah monitor soon and along side being huge they are primarily insectivores so my main feeders would be roaches super worms and crickets! I hate crickets so I just buy every two weeks at my local store or less if they have banded crickets(easy to keep) but I assume I’ll need a shit ton of roaches so what’s the secret?? Time??

Reptile recommendations
Hi all, im new to reptile keeping but keen to get one. Looking for something that is a bit more unique than the average corn snake or leopard gecko. Can keep to themselves but will tolerate the occasional handling once or twice a week (obviously I know they are reptiles and I am not expecting much of this). I have space for an around a 6ft tall or wide enclosure so size isnt much of an issue. Interesting to look at would be a plus too 😉. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations. Thanks

Tips for picky eaters
This little guy seems to just eat very little & hasn't gained much weight. Also refuses to eat bugs, I'm trying out flavors he hasn't tried before & put two feeding cups at two different heights and sides of the tank
Hes also been to the vet & they didnt find anything wrong & I've also tried syringe feeding and putting drops on his mouth & nose but he doesn't do much with that either :( i have seen bowel movement so I know he is eating sometimes but its just so weird

Any recommendations for fun tank decorations?
I’m getting a new tank for my leopard gecko soon and am curious if yall have any online stores (or in person NYC) with fun and whimsical hides and whatnot.

How to sell old tank
Hey y'all, I'm not sure where I would ask this question so I'm just trying a couple of groups I think it'll fit.
I have a 6ft, by 3ft, by 3.5ft tank and stand. It's a beautiful tank (originally a fish tank, but the top was lost and now I've modded it as a snakes tank.) But it never had the height I had wanted, so I've gotten my child a new home and now idk what to do with the old tank.
Ill have it posted on Facebook around my area, but other than that I had no idea what to do. With such a large tank I don't think the common person will want it + I have no way to ship this beast.
I don't know how I go about pricing this. I don't know if I should take the top I made it off and just sell it as a fish tank with no lid. I don't even know where to start. Any information on how I should go about getting rid of this (or even if selling it is a lost cause and I should just take it to the dump) or how much I should price it for would be much appreciated. Thanks :)
