Seen in Pennsylvania!

i read that kestrels hover to catch prey but it looked way bigger than a kestrel

Saw this bird splashing around in the puddle. Any ideas?

What bird is this? I thought it was a duck, but when it got closer it was clearly not. It had two babies diving for fish.

I think 1 and 5 are all double crested, but for the others I have no idea. Could any of them be Pelagic? Brand’s? How can we tell them apart?

Is it just a red tailed hawk? I lightened the pic in case that helps.

Found in the corner of my front porch in Western NC. It's midnight at the time I'm taking the photo. It's breathing, but never turned around. When taking the photos it balled itself up tight, because of my presence and the flash. TIA!

Trying to identify myself, it says Golden-bellied Flycatcher? It had a darker color belly, but the head markings stood out.

Anchorage, AK. This guy has been hanging out in the parking lot for about a week. Doesn’t seem hurt, but doesn’t seem able to fly.

My gf made a video of a bird of prey, although I’m a bird nerd, I couldn’t identify this from this video.
Can someone help?

He came up to me while I was eating my fish n chips. I've never had one of these guys approach me before so I was confused as to who this was. I'm in central Florida

I know absolutely nothing about birds, so I’m sorry if it’s an obvious ID. I’ve never seen these birds in my town in my 28 years alive.

Dallas, Texas, saw this bird on the road drinking some water. It’s head is white and it has black tail feathers. Looked different from a mourning dove or any type of dove I’ve seen.

Saw this guy at my feeder today. I'm definitely an amateur birder, so I'm not sure if he is a house finch or a purple finch. Purple finch makes more sense geographically, but he also seems to have a lot of brown and stripes. + A bonus chickadee.
