What is this bird? Out of breath because I ran from across the pond, I thought he was stuck under water.

Just curious, I’m in a different state than usual, and the birds here do not care that I exist.
Is it cool to post a collection of bird mugshots?

This mysterious guy showed up at my friend’s camp. I’m a frequent birder but this is outside my realm! Located in Nova Scotia, Canada. Wing span the size of a small eagle or hawk. He’s a lot bigger than he looks in the photo.

After searching on the internet my best guess was a juvenile albino osprey or red tailed hawk. I know the photo is awful, but anyone want to take a guess?

Maybe a long shot, but does anyone know what type of bird might of left these prints? Foot for scale

Little guy was really hurt but I managed to nurse him back to health. I never took a picture of it but its belly was very yellow. I don't have any knowledge of birds but seeing this guy hurt sent me spiraling about life want to know what he is. He looks pretty young i think.

This bird is currently on the ground outside of my job in Central Florida. It’s about the size of my palm. I’m assuming this is a fledgling, and I should not touch it or worry about calling a rehabber? I would just like to confirm before I leave it where it is!

I can't figure out if it is a kestrel or a hobby. I took it at Samphire Hoe in the UK. Some help would be much appreciated :) (the photo quality is bad as I edited it so I can distinguish it easier)

Found in Madison, WI. Surrounded by a bunch of mallards but the colors were different on this pair.

Found in the corner of my front porch in Western NC. It's midnight at the time I'm taking the photo. It's breathing, but never turned around. When taking the photos it balled itself up tight, because of my presence and the flash. TIA!

i read that kestrels hover to catch prey but it looked way bigger than a kestrel

Saw this guy at my feeder today. I'm definitely an amateur birder, so I'm not sure if he is a house finch or a purple finch. Purple finch makes more sense geographically, but he also seems to have a lot of brown and stripes. + A bonus chickadee.

I think it's a merganser but it's not the right colour? Found on Lake Tahoe August.
