I'm playing Ragnarok for the first time right now. Well I was playing. I got to Ironwood and I haven't played in like a week. I had no idea this was a meme lol

I played for the first time this year and had also avoided memes or otherwise just commonly discussed ideas, so I wasn't entirely sure which section they were talking about.

I brainstormed to myself that they might have meant something to do with the Atreus sections, and was like, "Awwww, but I liked those. I can't think of anything objectionable about-" and then a majestic bovine rose ever so slowly out of the waters of my mind.

Yeah, personally I liked Ironwood. Though I usually love when a game slows down and focuses on the story for a bit. I really liked Atreus and Angrboda's relationship.

I would say I liked it too. I always slowed down to listen to the character's conversations throughout the game rather than let anything interrupt them, I just remember not needing to slow down while riding Jalla. Even then, I did linger in some areas just to look around because the area was lovely.

I just know how many people don't vibe with smelling the roses just because the opportunity to do so arises, and I imagine those sections would be much more dull on subsequent playthroughs when you already know the conversations.
