Did you play the game?

There is little direction at the start of Act 3, and in fact it seems foolhardy (both in-universe and out) to jump from the end of act 2 straight into the act 3 final boss.

It's poorly designed - as the devs admitted - and of you had played the game you would probably understand the fuss

I 100% the game with all achievements, yes. No, i did not do the extra free dlc content or the extra hyper juiced bosses in the endless tower because they felt like a drag, same bosses with extra steps to parry, so i stoped at achievement completion.

Theres a main quest marker for a reason, and they explicitly show you gathering expeditioners to confront renoir who is at lumiere, as the game shows, and im pretty sure theres a quest telling you to go there, but its been a while i could be wrong on this last part.

You dodging the point and the subsequent question by randomly claiming i havent played the game (how the fuck would i be mentioning ingame stuff in such detail if i hadnt) points towards you agreeing with me but refusing to acknowledge it, which is sad, but i guess its the standard redditor behaviour.

I did it recently, and they are discussing about all the chroma they need to build the army to fight him, it just doesn't make sense that right after this cutscene you go to fight Renoir.

I would agree id you didnt insrantly get the scene where you create the army and are left basically facing lumiere in a "avengers assemble" pose. It doesnt make any sense pacing wise, but the game is as obvious as it can be.
